The room was spacious and nice, the breakfast very good for American standards. The staff is friendly and we had a good experience overall. The cook who makes the omelet keeps using his mobile phone with the gloves with which he also touches the food directly and keeps money (his tips) on the table - this is not hygienic at all so please give this feedback to all your staff working with food.

Courteous staff, clean room, easy check in and out. However, the bathroom had no ceiling light and it was dark, plus the adjustable shower head had been installed incorrectly to the wall pipe and it could only be aimed sideways while showering below it, making it hard to shower. Good experience in restaurant.

Room was so nice, my kids had a flight on Saturday evening and ours was Sunday and the room was big enough with a sitting place for them until they went to the airport so we got to spend another few hours with our kids! The room was very clean, and the shuttle the next day was awesome!

I started getting congested the second night. Woke up the third night in the middle of the night and had a terrible headache and my room felt very moist. I knew there was something in the room that had to be causing some sort of allergic reaction. I checked around the a/c and it was all moldy. I told the front desk. I couldn't stay another night. They said they would credit the last night and they didnt. They didnt offer to move my room or anything. Clean these rooms! The bathrooms by the training rooms smell like a terrarium and moisture.

Clean, but unremarkable Staff was great. Don't count on the Shuttle from the airport. It only picks up in certain areas. We finally took an Uber to get there. The bus to the airport in the morning was great. We didn't get breakfast, as it is $17.50! Bar was open when we arrived, but drinks were pricey.
