Hampton Inn and Suites Houston/League City2.5 out of 5.0

We found the hotel to still be comfortable and clean just as it was last year. The prices this year were double what we paid last year but I'm sure it's because of the hurricane and people getting displaced, therefore, the occupancy was higher. We will continue to choose this hotel as long as it remains clean and not expensive. We cruise out of Galveston frequently and staying here is very handy.
We stayed at the League City Hampton Inn & Suites based upon our prior stays at Hampton I&S in other locations. Well we were not disappointed. Even though this area has been through so much with the most recent hurricanes, flooding etc. it was still a well run and clean facility. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. Beds are very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again, next time we visit.
This is our third stay at this hotel this year. With our son working on a project in Galveston and my wife and I visiting Houston for various reasons this hotel is at a convenient midpoint for us to stay. What really keeps us coming back here is the quality of the staff. They are friendly and seem to genuinely care that your experience at their hotel is a good one. There are some minor maintenance issues like doors not shutting properly and a noisy a/c unit but the hotel is clean, quiet, the WiFi works well, and the surrounding neighborhood is nice. Hampton Inns seem to have a consistent level of quality but some stand out more than others because of the staff and this is definitely a stand out.
We contracted a block of rooms 8-months before the wedding. As the date approached, the sales person we had previously dealt with was no longer there. Stacie Martinez took charge with confirming our contracted rooms that was within our block, and helped with reservations outside our block. The Hampton was also housing Hurricane Harvey evacuees, and had a full-house. Even though things were hectic, Stacie was super helpful and professional the entire time. Her extra efforts helped make our special event seamless.
I am still in Houston but south of the city. Thank goodness I have outlets tonight. I went crazy and took pictures. My room is big with a desk as my room divider. I am happy with the Hotel. It is close to eating establishments. And excellent parking
Great hotel. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and efficient. I would stay here again if I am ever in town! Biggest issue was getting around near the expressway, but they are putting in a road behind local businesses.
Great staff service. It was the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey the facility accommodations and staff were excellent. You couldn’t tell the hurricane had hit that building. Very spacious rooms, very comfortable.
Stayed here on Saturday night waiting for the cruise on Sunday. It was a great area to stay around and nearby with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The Hotel itself was great and had a great staff taking care of us. Breakfast was phenomenal with multitudes of choices.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities (including the pool and workout room) were new and clean. Our room was beautiful and spacious, and the little extras (including breakfast with Texas-shaped waffles, fun little notes, afternoon fresh baked cookies, and always available coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water with fresh fruit in it) were appreciated and made it feel like a home away from home.
Staying at the Hampton Inn due to Hurricane Harvey. Rooms are clean, A well kept Inn, every thing is clean. Excellent food for bread fast, always hot coffee or they will make a fresh pot. Management and employees are courteous and friendly.
