Nice room, had some noise one night around midnight staff took care of issue. Breakfast was disappointing..

will not stay here again

I enjoyed that it was close to what i needed and there was ample parking. I hated the breakfast options. there is literally nothing to eat. i was so disappointed at the fact that we had to wait for over 20mins to get clean plates and silverware.

Great location near major interchange, Costco, restaurants, and mall. Spacious suites, almost felt like we were the only ones there. Minor room issues were quickly addressed by the helpful staff.

Not an upscale hotel, but if you’re just looking to stay for a night or just passing through it takes care of your basic needs

Our room was given to someone else with no more available. They could give us 2 separate rooms. We have 2 children and I did not want us split but we were tired. The rooms were nice but had stained towels and hair in the shower. We attempted to go to sleep but the person next to us was talking loudly, screaming at times, and cussing every other word. I was with my 7 yr old and didn't appreciate this. After listening to this for over an hour and trying to play music to sleep to drown out the sound, I finally had enough and tried to call the front desk. I called at least 5 times on the room phone and no one answered. I tried calling the hotel using my phone and after a very long time ringing, someone finally picked up. I was told they were fully booked after requesting another room but once she realized that I had a room and explained the shouting and cussing she told me that she would check availability to switch and call me back. I waited over 30 minutes and she finally called to say there were no rooms and that was all, she did not contact the neighbor to try and get him to stop. I listened to shouting, loud laughing and cussing for over 2 hours before we finally fell asleep at 1am from exhaustion, not because the talking stopped. All night you hear loud cars from the freeway, the doors shutting is so loud, the AC sounds like it is screaming. Bright and early our neighbor had loud uncensored rap music playing. This experience was the worst hotel experience.Do not stay here

I lived The microwave & toaster and everything was clean.

Excellent service and attentive staff. The area around the propose under construction but it was not in any way negative. Thank you for an excellent long weekend!
