I was charged by orbitz for this room but was told by the manager that I could not check in bc there was no availability. So, I payed for a room that I didn’t get to stay in.
Stayed a total of 7 nights and only had maid service come 1 time to make the beds and leave clean towels. I had to ask everyday for towels and ask about the maid service and it still never got taken care of.
First room smelled like cigarette smoke, so they moved us to another room. Staff was courteous and helpful.
The water pressure was super low! There was a giant roach in my bathroom ALIVE! Old candy was on the floor. The blanket was rip!
My room wasn't very clean upon check-in. The side of the nightstand has a spill on it that never cleaned before me. Cleaning staff would come around 9am when i was still sleeping. I asked them to come and they never did. I stayed 4 nights and never got mybroom cleaned or new towels. The night gentlemen that was there my first few nights was very nice and recommended great places to go, and even let me borrow a bottle opener for the evening.
Property could use a renovation. Good location, not much else good about it
Location was perfect. One of the afternoon staff front clerk was rude.
My staying was perfect. Few minutes to katty mills mall. Rapid acces throught Intersate 10. Room was very clean and comfortable.
This hotel provided excellent value and was in a great location for my activities
Hot tub had leaves, twigs, etc in it. I looked for a net to dip these things out but did not see one. I know this is a constant problem since trees line the pool area. Maybe other guests would be willing to also help remove this debris if a pool net was available.
