The property was visibly clean however it had a really strong moldy smell. They don't seem to have good ventilation especially in the bathrooms. Apart from this, everything was great. Great customer service, perfect location, and everything looked good. The moldy smell just took away from the experience.

Business in katy

Generally good though no one was at rhe desk when i arrived. I rang the bell twice, no one showed. I had to knock on the employee only doir before someone came out to help me. Apparently another custimer i overheard had been waiting sometime for help with checkin. The room was comfortable. It was quiet and dark which made it easier to sleep.

The hotel was just fine. Location was convenient to restaurants and attractions. However, all of the hallways and our room smelled musty, like the carpet had been wet and was drying out.

Awful water pressure for a bath or shower. Pool was freezing, chose the hotel due to enclosed pool. Fridge froze everything. Only positive was the location. Definitely going to look at other hotels next time visiting the area.

I would not recommend this place to stay. The lobby, hallways and room smelled like cat urine. My room was extremely hot and humid. My blankets were damp and so was the chair on the corner.
