My TV did not work in the room and nobody knew how to fix it….
The room was disappointing. With the pandemic I would think that housekeeping would clean more not less. The sheets were stained and the towels had someone’s hair in them. I called the front desk about the stained sheets and I was immediately switched to another room. In the new room the lamp shade looked like someone spilled wine on it. I was so happy when the morning came so I could check out.
Extremely clean , newly built. Very relaxing and quiet. Staff extremely helpful. What you see online is what you get . The only minor detail was the outside view facing an apartment complex. Overall I will give it a 9.5 over 10. Thanks for the comfort 👍👍
