Room HVAC Unit not operating properly. After two repair attempts unit was switched over to manual control but they didn't tell us they had done so. Finally figured it out but operation was still not good. Also room was large but sadly way under furnished.

The facility was adequate. Breakfast was average in terms of variety, though I am happy it was included so that’s a plus. Staff was ok I asked for a changed of pillow case and they said no I have to wait until cleaning day. I asked for towels and they were reluctant as well but gave it to me. Room was ok. I found a lot of hair in the bathroom shower when I first arrived.
