Everyone at the hotel was super helpful and professional. Our biggest complaint was the outside areas. There was a fair amount of trash in all areas outside, parking area, pool, lounge and gathering areas. The pool was one of the worst I've ever seen. From filth, mold, build up, moldy vents, visible buildup in the water. Hot tub was a breeding ground for orange mold.

Check in was great- easy and friendly. The Mgr on duty was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Stopped to have a cocktail at the bar before going out for dinner and that was a hot mess. The employee behind The bar was obviously not a bartender. Several guests had ordered mixed drinks and he could not either make them follow the recipe or find the correct ingredients. Several guest left and disappointment. We were ready to leave and he could not Close out our bill.
Everything was except for the ac. It was very loud.

My reservations included breakfast. It was clearly showing on my reservation but apparently it did not show on the front desk computer. The front desk person suggested that I call myself to whoever I made the reservations with and figure it out. Because shebbdoes not see it. I sent the email to the General Manager but got no response.
Toilet plumbing issues everyday, 1 elevator working (which was slow), was charged for room service which we didn't get. Had to dispute at checkout
