All Lies!

My stay would have been better if the listing had been honest. First of all, this is 2 miles from where it shows up on the hotels.com map. Not a whole lot within walking distance. I had to use Uber to get anywhere. It says satellite TV. WRONG AGAIN! It comes with two over-air network channels, and a bunch of Spanish, church, and shipping channels. Bring a roku or a firestick (I wish I had). I also had to arrange for picking up the keys which meant I had to cancel dinner plans (as I was told I had to get them “now”). The place was clean. Cute little apartment. However, I WOULD NOT have booked it if the listing had been honest, so I felt cheated all week.

Apartment is not located downtown!

We booked this specific "Apartment-Hotel" because its map location stated it was 0.2 miles from Minute Maid Park, however that was a lie. It was actually located 1.9 miles away. So what we thought would be a five minute walk turned into a 40+ minute walk through questionable neighborhoods and under a busy interstate. There was no lobby so we had to wait 40 minutes to be let into the building. The apartment itself was nice, the building also had a scenic rooftop and outdoor pool which was open 24 hours. I was a little concerned with the dirty/sticky floors and did not appreciate how the cheap towels left fuzz all over. The location of this apartment did change the dynamics of our trip, forcing us to rely on Uber more than we had anticipated. We most likely would not book this apartment again.
