NO AIR-CONDITIONER WORKING in Room 224. We (3 Women) were forced to sleep in a HOT room "224" because they had no more rooms available to move us into a room with a working in Air-Conditioner. From Saturday 11:50pm to Monday 8am management chose to not trouble-shoot the urgent situation rather give me the run-around that the manager will call me :( Going on 3 days and NO PHONE CALL from the Best Western Manager!
Quiet. Comfy bed. Breakfast was ok. Will stay here again.

Room 211 be prepared to hear the water flowing down the pipe on the ground all day unless you close the bathroom door. I was supplied coffee and tea but my coffee maker didn't have a pot in the room. The toilet tissue roll wasn't restocked from previous guest. The key card kept becoming deactivated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a brown bag of banana, granola bar, flavored Danish, apple or orange juice and coffee. For a weekend stay it is ok.

Hotel facility is clean and remodeled. Comfortable beds. Front desk staff NOT friendly at all! Both check-in and check-out, they didn't say a good morning, welcome, or have a good day! I will add that the housekeeping staff walking around were very nice, and always said good morning. Probably won't stay at this hotel again, just because of the customer service.
Obviously just finishing up on a renovation. Room was 'new' and clean. Overflow parking still did not have lights, so make sure you are OK with parking before you register. The room is larger than expected, and I liked the furniture - except the desk chair. I think the buyers 10 year old selected it. It did a great job of tilting and swaying, and did not go high enough for my 6' frame. Overall, I am pleased with the results, and will go back when we travel to this area.
My room was switched when the first one was smoked in. Very nice staff. Nice rooms at good value. Terrible road construction around area.
