The house itself is great, nice view. The experience was below par especially for this price point. Only a pod coffee maker that did not work, very minimal supplies on everything from coffee, towels, etc. Sheets were not pleasant, windows nailed shut, house needs love and there is so much more they can do to make it a whole experience and not just a bed to sleep in. Host communication was terrible. They would not communicate through the platform, only to one phone number even after requesting to stay on platform.

Perfect Family Getaway Right by the Water!We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, spacious home! It was perfect for our family super clean, well-maintained, and just steps from the water. The layout fit everyone comfortably, with plenty of room to relax and gather. The host was very communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly spot with stunning views!

Beautiful home and gorgeous view. Plenty of space for my 7 teenage grandkids, myself and my husband. The only problem we had was ants. They were in the bedsheets and bit my kids.

Beautiful waterfront getaway

This home was a beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed the waterfront location and the beautiful town of Seabrook. It was a very quiet location with such peaceful views. The house was mostly clean and was as described in the listing. The pier was perfect for fishing. The three bedrooms and three baths were great. You could definitely fit a lot of people comfortably in this property, although there were just 4 of us. The beds are very firm. The living areas were comfortable and relaxing. We also enjoyed the restaurants of Seabrook, especially Seabrook Snow Cone. We did need to reach out to the management company a couple of times. They were very helpful and responsive and took care of our needs. Overall, I would recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Wonderful Summer Vacation

We loved it! This one exceeds expectations. We highly recommend the home. The home is nicely decorated and equipped with all you would need to complete your stay. We enjoyed fishing on the Pier. We were able to grill as well. Plenty of parking if needed. Every room of the home was clean and furnished will what is needed to help you relax and enjoy the Bayfront Scenery. Thank you, for making it a relaxing, memorable family vacation. Everyone was happy with the home and the convenience of being close to stores, restaurants and most of all the Kemah Boardwalk.

perfect for sunrises and sunsets

A wonderful, clean property with exquisite views of the sunrise from the deck. And if you want to catch the sunset just look the other way at the sun reflecting off the lake. There is a small beach next to the house that the kids loved. Really, it’s hard to get better than this.

Beautiful

I booked this for my family, I life locally. We were having a celebration of life get together, so we had all ages with us. The view was beautiful! Plenty of rooms, and decorated perfectly. Very open kitchen, and living room with windows all along the back to see the view. Easy check in , and check out. We will be looking to stay in other locations soon!

Picturesque Views

My family and I stayed for spring break and had an awesome time. The home was beautifully decorated with an amazing water front view from all but one room. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and walking out on the pier having morning chats with the family. The weather was cold and windy but the location and view more than made up for the winter like weather . The little ones loved sitting in front of the bay windows playing games. The kitchen was well stocked with everything and more (ie. instapot) to prepare, serve, and clean up after meals. The bathrooms were stocked with body wash, hand soap, shampoo and starter paper towels and toilet paper. I was able to freshen up clothes and wash towels with the washing supplies provided in the laundry room. In short, if you are looking to get a marvously restful getaway, with the most picturesque views that will evoke fantastically enjoyable moments with friends and family, look no further THIS IS THE ONE!

Amazing place Amazing management!

This gorgeous property exceeded our expectations in every way. We were pretty desperate as Hurricane Ida approached and ended up landing here in this gem of a house when we evacuated. Would love to return under less stressful times. Winter was incredibly kind and accommodating. So grateful. Highly recommend!!
