23 t/m 27 Oktober 2023 Wat een Fantastische locatie en een zeer smaakvol ingerichte woning. Het was er schoon en alle apparatuur werkte. Wij hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad, slecht weer maar binnen spelletjes doen bij het haardvuur heeft ook wel wat! Wij waren met 7 personen, er is ruimte voor 10 personen, echter de slaapkamer op de vide (2 bedden) is niet echt een volwaardige slaapkamer. Maar voor ons geen probleem. Enorm genoten van het uitzicht en de haard. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Een geweldig sfeervol ingericht huis met een gigantisch mooi aangelegde tuin. Binnen voldoende ruimte voor 10 personen en met veel authentieke details, is met veel aandacht en sfeer aangekleed. Alles is in het huis aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. De ligging is ook goed, centraal gelegen in de Ardennen als je dingen wilt bezoeken. Slapen doe je hier ook heel goed in de rust, kortom, een fantastische huis om met een groep te verblijven.

Super fijn huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Enigste minpuntjes zijn de lekkende douchekoppen die nogal lawaai maken in de douchebak en de matrassen waren in slechte conditie maar deze zijn snel te verhelpen, verder een super vakantie mogen beleven en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Verblijf 23juli2021-6aug2021 Wij waren hier met onze kids van 9 en 11. Vriendelijk eigenaar ving ons op. Ruim huis met alle benodigdheden aanwezig. De tuin is fenomenaal!! De weg aan het huis rijdt regelmatig verkeer. Daar heb je in het huis en in de tuin geen last van. Wel hoor je de weg heel goed in de slaapkamer boven aan de wegkant. De tuin is echt geweldig. Er stroomt een beekje en we konden wat besjes plukken. Verschillende heerlijke zitplekken. Aan het huis op het terras is het ook al snel droog en warm. Naast het huis staat ook een overkapping in de tuin waar je lekker droog zit met prachtig uitzicht. Los van wat tips voor de eigenaren, hebben we hier een top vakantie gehad in een tophuisje. Wat tips voor de eigenaren: de buren maakten bij ons best wat kabaal met muziek. Ook vonden we alle 4 de matrassen beneden niet schoon en 2 matrassen erg dun, die zijn all 4 echt aan vervanging toe. Ook waren de douches niet echt schoon... Op de voegen zaten op meerdere plekken, naar wat het leek schimmel, en de bovenste douche loopt niet goed door waardoor je in een bad met water staat te douchen.... En als laatste misten we folders met wandelingen. Er zijn zulke mooie wandelingen in de omgeving en die moesten we nu via internet zoeken. Misschien een idee om wat kaarten aan te schaffen in Houffalize? Wandeltips: 1. Blotenvoetenpad voor kinderen 2. Achouffe (5km) 3. Le Herou (5km pittig), en 4. Keltische vesting (9,5 km pittig. Supermooie panorama's!! Begint bij Berismenil kerkje, gele kruis nummer 6 volgen, daarna blauwe golfje volgen naar de vesting. Verder blauwe golfjes volgen kom je aan het eind weer het gele kruis nummer 6 tegen.)

Schitterend gelegen en heel sfeervol ingericht landhuis. Prachtige en zeer grote tuin en dito uitzicht op de lager liggende tuin en de horizon. Mooi groot terras. Locatie heeft prima faciliteiten. WiFi mag wel wat sneller maar dat is de enige 'wanklank' Heerlijke week gehad bij deze locatie die ca. 20 min rijden van de gezellige stad Houffalize ligt. Aanrader.

Na een warm onthaal door de huiseigenaren, hebben we een lang weekend genoten van deze prachtige accommodatie! We hadden geluk met het weer, de omgeving was perfect voor activiteiten of om heerlijk rond het huisje te vertoeven. Huisje gelegen aan 2 mountainbike routes en aan door de doorgaande weg voor de tour/renfietsers. Praktisch alles is in het huis aanwezig en vrij voor gebruik door de gastvrije huiseigenaren.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaren. Geweldige ruime en schone accommodatie met alles erop en eraan, gelegen in een schitterende omgeving. Het geheel straalde enorme rust uit. Het weer werkte ook mee, zodat we maximaal hebben kunnen genieten van de heerlijke tuin met vele mooie zitjes. Veel wandelmogelijkheden in de omgeving (ook net over de grens in Luxemburg). In verband met coronabeperkingen veel in de directe omgeving van de accommodatie gebleven en dat was geen straf!
