Slip into the hot tub for a soothing soak with stunning lake views, or gather around the gas fire pit in the evenings for cozy conversations under the stars. Fire up the BBQ grill for a delicious outdoor feast. For lake adventures, paddleboards, kayaks, and life jackets are provided, making it easy to get out on the water. The private dock with boat slips adds even more convenience, allowing you to bring or rent a boat to enhance your lake experience.


Please Note:

*** Hot tub will not heat and run jets at the same time. It is recommended to heat the hot tub to your desired temperature and then turn off the heat. Once the heat is off, you can use the jets.

*** Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of the lake will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.***

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

*** We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***

***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***
