Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
pathetic maintenance. Looks like they dont care and the management doesnt seem to bother. following were unacceptable conditions in the room. 1. The kettle was missing the spout and when i tried to pour hot water into the cup it spilled all over. 2. the hair blower was burnt out (i guess) as it was not working. 3. I wanted to ask the room service to replace and the phone was dead. 4. the safety lock was locked again I couldn't get to call to fix it. 5. Upon walking to the reception, I could not speak to a manager as he is not available untile noon. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. for the price I paid this is not acceptable. I will not recommend this place at all to anyone.
