The staff was super, amazingly helpful! Kudos to them! However the room really needed attention. I felt it was clean but not cared for, unexpected for a Holiday Inn. Carpet needs a deep clean and the shade needs to be replaced. That was the first thing I noticed….. a torn shade, really?

Our room was decently clean when we arrived. The hallways were dirty and needed swept badly (the whole week). The window seals had dead bugs in them , like a lot of dead bugs. The breakfast was ok, but we could have dealt with a change in what was served day to day.... Everyday was the same breakfast. The last day finally had a different kind of muffin other than chocolate, so that was nice. Overall, we had a nice stay. Their coffee is really yummy. We would stay again. All of the staff was very kind and welcoming. We had a nice week.
