Pros: Property is very nice with an excellent location and view. Cons: Check in process was strange with a temporary location, parking availabillity was limited and beds were not comfortable. Prior to visit it was very difficult to get anyone to reply to inquiries.

Great view, but the units are not as advertised

We have rented w/VRBO for many properties (including at Waikiki Shore) over the years. I generally like to give positive reviews & will only critique minimally/thoughtfully if needed. However, this particular experience was one of the worst experiences in customer service & the actual unit(s) (we rented two) were not as advertised. Bare bone amenities, several issues with both units. Customer service was poor. Kitchen cookware & dining ware, very minimal, no beach gear (e.g., units were for 6 but only had some things for 4). Multiple physical/property issues - smoke detector, garbage disposal, fans don't work, stovetop/oven issues, mold in shower, peeling of wallpaper, etc. I would be willing to discuss with the Property Manager our concerns. I tried many times to talk to someone by phone.

Great beach location

Property was clean and in a great location - easy access to beaches and restaurants. Condo unit has great views of the beach from each room. Perfect accommodation for my wife and 2 teenage daughters. We would definitely stay here again.
