Location is perfect and easy to get to

Front Desk was WONDERFUL.

The pictures posted of this property are deceiving. The lobby area is the only updated, visually appealing part of the hotel. The pool is small and nothing and hard to relax when children are present. Rooms dated. No room cleaning because we had a 3 day stay. They ran out of towels for the pool and the room twice. Location is great as it’s close to Waikiki beach (beautiful water… within walking distance), a great ramen place next door (line is always long but worth it), convenience stores and a longggggg strip with designer stores leading to a mall about a 10 min walk away. Overall I’d stay again only for the price but we were looking for a birthday hotel and were disappointed that the pics made the hotel appear more chic

Good part is that the overall hotel is nice and in a great location close to dining, shopping and just a short walk to the beaches. Note that EXPEDIA/ORBITZ is horrible, book elsewhere. If you have a problem, you will be on the phone with an overseas call center for hours and they really have no clue what to do. My outbound flight was cancelled and the only thing they were willing to do was refund the amount of the outbound leg...who cares if you can't get to your destination...they still wouldn't refund anything. Took forever to get another flight booked and of course there was an upcharge....be warned! Room did not have WiFi working, but that was fixed on the first day. Refrigerator froze all of our food ruining it (it was set at the warmest setting). They came to the room and repaired it, but serious $$ lost in fresh food that was frozen. Walls are very thin, if your neighbor is up later than you and talking or watching tv, you will need earplugs unless you can sleep with a lot of noise. We were on the back side of the hotel so street noise was not an issue. Housekeeping only came once during the 8 day stay. While we don't need our beds made or fresh towels every day, our trash was continuously overflowing and no place on the property to store it. Many people just placed the trash outside their room doors making the hallway look, well trashy.

Everything was great! And the pool was lovely. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Great location but there is no parking.

The staff are so nice and friendly. The only thing is the parking lot is few buildings away, its like a 8-10min walk. And theres no fitness room, the ice machine is broken. But the staff is very nice, friendly and polite we felt the Hawaiian hospitality.

Excellent location! Waikiki beach, international market and royal Hawaii center are few minutes walking distance! Lots of top rated restaurants around and a bus stop behind the hotel can get you to Pearl Harbor, Polynesian culture center, airport, etc.

This is an unassuming hotel that exceeded our expectations. That being said, it is on a busy street and some reviewers complain that it’s too loud, however our room was situated on the backside of the property with a view of the pool so it was very quiet at night. Our room was very clean and the front desk staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Parking in Waikiki is an issue in general but they do offer parking at a lot very close by for $35 a night, just call the front desk when you’re arriving and they’ll have someone ready to get your bags out front so you can go park after. The garage fee is pretty standard (actually cheaper) than some of the garages in the area. The fresh beach towels every day were a great touch and made beach days so easy. Due to COVID they only clean rooms every 3 days which was totally fine with us, but something to be aware of if you prefer more frequent room cleaning. As other reviewers mention, the elevator is very slow but there is a stairwell so we only used it to bring our bags up and down and took the stairs the rest of the time. Overall it was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay again. The gal who works the front desk everyday (seriously, I hope she gets some time off!) treated us like family and would ask how our day was everyday or what plans we had, fully engaging with my son about his stories and excitement. This hotel is a great little gem that I’m so happy we found.

Nice little hotel in the middle of waikiki

Walking distance to Waikiki Beach and good shopping and restaurants.

they know what they did...

Staffs are very friendly, place location is closed to shopping area

This hotel is nice to stay, we had a room in the back side of the building which had a nice view to the park. Our room was nice and comfortable. The only bad thing is that the hotel doesn’t have free or low cost parking, the parking is super expensive at the hotel ($30 per night). The staff is friendly and nice. The hotel is clean and has a good location, just a block from everything you need. Thank you.

Wonderful customer service

This was an excellent hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just beware that it is difficult to find. They really need an overhead sign. Was a great experience and I would book my next trip there. Mahalo!
