The staff here are awesome super friendly and really accommodating. The location is perfect, you’re right in the middle of all the big name stores and just a short walk to the beach. Overall, great spot at a great price. Definitely recommend.

Polynesian is located at the begining of luxury row, so they are well situated. The property is showing its age. We've stayed 4x in the last 6 yrs. But this might be our last. Unless they have a remodel. Currently they might have the lowest resort fee in town.

Internet access was easy and whilst the rooms were well worn and in need of cosmetic maintenance the staff were approachable and happy to help. The location is great. Close to transport, shopping and post office etc.

I like that it was very convenient snd and walkable. The hotel room was very small and had a ugly smell . Tbe carpet its old and dirty. Definitely needs to be replaced

The staff was excellent, very friendly. They provide you with beach accessories that you can rent out, which was great!! The rooms could have been cleaned better. There were blood stains on the ceiling and the toilet wasn’t clean when we got there. There was pee in the toilet and on the floor
