Amazing Views Waikiki Beach 28th Floor 1 Bedroom Family and Group Condo

This one-bedroom end unit has a spectacular view of the sunrise, the ocean, canal, mountain, a golf course, and Diamond Head. The ocean breeze and quiet split AC in both living and bedroom keep you comfortable all year round. The unit includes a queen size bed, a brand-new comfortable sofa bed measuring 75” (191 cm) x 45” (114 cm), and two twin beds. The 24-hour check-in and secured building is located in the hub of Waikiki, within walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, bus stops, restaurants, beach, and bike station.
Please be advised that provided supplies are intended to last throughout your stay. The building offers a laundry room and an on-site convenience store to meet your essential needs. Beach toys and equipment can be rented at “808 Smart Car Rental,” located on the first floor. The ABC store, Target, Ross Dress for Less, and Waikiki Supermarket are all nearby, within a 5–10 minute walking distance. A travel crib and booster seat are available upon request. Guests will be checked in at the lobby, which is open 24 hours. A key fob will be provided to access the building and elevators. The room door code (usually the last four digits of your phone number) will be sent through the app one day before your arrival.
Elite Parking, located adjacent to our building (Island Colony), offers parking at a rate of $45/day with unlimited in-and-out privileges (rates are subject to change). Reservations are not required. The rental company “808 Smart Car Rentals,” located within the same building, may offer discounted parking rates. Limited free street parking may be available along Ala Wai Boulevard next to the building. Additionally, several nearby parking garages are available. Enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze through the Jalousie windows in the bedroom, a common feature in Hawaii. While these windows enhance natural ventilation, they also allow some of the city sounds of Waikiki to reach our 28th-floor apartment. Please note this may be noticeable to guests who are sensitive to noise while sleeping.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Great stay!

My family stayed for 8 nights and really enjoyed it here. It was exactly as described, very clean, the beds were comfortable, and had all the amenities that we needed. We loved the location and the view from the room. The host was very responsive throughout our entire stay. It was the perfect place for our family and we would be happy to return again.

Nice condo with good views

We had a great stay in this condo. Communication was excellent and the hosts were super accommodating of our last minute flight change. It was clean, looked just like the pictures and an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The cafe in the lobby also serves delicious breakfasts. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us!
