December 12, 2025: Building Notice- Pool Deck Closure 01/19/2026 - 01/23/2026
We would like to inform you that the entire pool deck will be closed from Monday, January 19th through Friday, January 23rd, due to spalling repairs and roofing work on the elevator machine room’s roof located above the pool area.
This temporary closure is necessary to ensure the safety of owners, guests, and staff while this work is completed.

July 2, 2025: Building Notice – Elevator Modernization Project:
Please be advised that an Elevator Modernization Project will begin in Sometime July 2025. This year-long project will involve upgrading the elevator cabs one at a time to improve long-term reliability and performance. There will be a delay when using the elevator during this time. To minimize delays, please try to avoid peak usage times, such as: 3:00PM and 12:00PM.
