Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely enjoyed our stay. And the location was perfect. It was nice to make breakfast and coffee in our place. Eating out for every meal is expensive in Hawaii. There is room for improvements. Rug needs a good cleaning and shower door would not stay closed.

The place was spacious and the amenities were exceptional: there was plenty of room for storage and also plenty of table tops and counter space for our families’ possessions, souvenirs, etc. The appliances were all clean and in great condition. We highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Beautiful open concept, studio, with large lanai patio, huge window window wall with fuse of the ocean and the fireworks. Far from the noise of the jackhammers, sirens and leaf blowers of downtown Waikiki. What a great location, breakfast every morning at the hotel next-door right at Waters edge. Can’t be beat, kitchen, washer, dryer, take your macadamia nuts and my ties out on the lanai and enjoy the tradewinds!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the suite is second to none. My only issue with this rental was the king size bed. It’s merely two twins that are pushed together that would separate during sleep, making it uncomfortable.

This unit was dingy, the floor was dirty and seemed like sand was left on the floor, the furniture was dirty, the shower door won't stay closed, and the shower head holder is about to fall off. It does have a million-dollar view, but it was not a million-dollar experience.

Gorgeous setting, thoughtful owner

The view is stunning and the condo was as well-appointed as the pictures show. We appreciated the generous supplies of paper products, dw, and washer cleaning tablets, beach chairs. The building itself seems very secure so I didn’t worry about leaving my belongings for the day. The condo layout is very spacious: Two 6’ closets with lots of hangers, tall dresser in the large dressing area. Location is truly beachfront. Recommend you take their suggestion of renting a parking space. There isn’t any public parking around there that we saw. One comment is that it would be helpful to leave condiments, spices, oils, tin foil, baggies, etc. instead of clearing it all out
