Great boutique hotel on the quiet side of the beach. Definitely recommended.
We liked everything about this hotel
Thank you so much for making our first trip to Hawaii amazing. The staff was very friendly and helped us with suggestions of places to go and see.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Housekeepers and everyone at the front desk are extremely accommodating and friendly.
Great location and view; Ease of parking terrific. Building very old, rooms don't have very warm feel. Will definately return, and recommend to friends/family. Mahalo, Craig Robinson
We loved the hotel. The room had a great view of the beach and diamond head and the service was fantastic, everyone was so nice..We definitely recommend staying… Thanks lotus!!!
Love the hard wood floors in rooms and the open air hallways. The big rooms are great too. No pool but I'll take a balcony and fresh air over a pool any day. The protected beach around the corner is a great alternative. Location is perfectly distanced from the more hectic areas of Waikiki. Large park across the quiet, narrow street is a nice buffer as well. It's cool they don't charge extra for parking and include that in resort fee all hotels have to charge. Many hotels in Honolulu charge additional for parking. Great spot.
Building was nice, staff was friendly. It's a little off the main strip of Waikiki but a short walk. I don't think it was any better or worse than other hotels at a similar price in Waikiki.. That said we booked here because it was a VIP hotel -and my experience with Expedia VIP hotels has been great- however no VIP benefits were offered. I immediately reviewed check in to alert management but they didn't respond until after I checked out three days later. All in all, the hotel was fine but I wouldn't have booked here if there hadn't been a VIP hotel and next time I visit I'll book a different hotel with VIP to ensure I get the benefits.
I liked the location, the park across the street, a beach area that wasn’t crowded. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
Great location but the staff and cleanliness are what make this hotel special
The sheets weren't clean -- there were blood stains on both beds. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay.
The staff was friendly and very accommodating! It was always clean and spacious. It is in a good location and very tranquil. The only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were very thin. Because there was no head board my pillow would fall between the bed and the wall. The shower was a bit out dated and the handle needed to be serviced.
SUPER nice staff. Very clean room and great view from the ocean view room! I just wish they provided bottled water in-room (as suggested by Orbitz) and coffee all-day long instead of just in the morning.
We loved everything about the properrty and the staff was amazing.
It’s right next to the beach . Big area for kids to play and the view is just do beautiful . Im glad I didn’t stay right on wakiki beach so much noise no good views. Wakiki is a nice walk away from hotel you see so much on the way there. Plus the main road to a whole bunch of popular food spots right next to hotel. The diamond head and beach view is amazing plus when I walk out my room to elevator you see wakiki beach and all the building something you won’t get staying down there . China man hat island was my favorite Area are . I recommend d driving a pick up truck so love ones can sit in the loading bed and experience the island like the locals.
Good place to stay at good location. Will recommend to friends.
