The body wash, body lotion containers were empty. There was dirty make up fingerprints (not ours) in the bathroom I had to clean myself with Lysol wipes. Dirty Q-tip (not ours) under the desk. Tub was cracked as well as shower controls that barely worked. Microwave was out of order. Couch cushions slid off the flea market quality couch. Mis matched and worn furniture Hallway smelled terribly of old rotten/musty carpet. Front desk staff had no idea on directions - told us it was a 20 minute cab to the cruise port but it was a 10 minute walk. Neighborhood (Chinatown) NOT safe and smelled of urine. We are not complainers but this was just too much wrong for the price we paid.

The room had visible mold. The only reason why we didn't leave the room is because we had just got in from an extremely long flight with lots of luggage. The mold is inexcusable for top dollar priced hotel.

Room was spotless, loved having vinyl flooring which felt way cleaner than carpet. Spacious room with wonderful kitchen, bath and comfortable bed. Above all was the friendly and helpful staff. Appreciate a response to my check in review. Although it was 11pm and we had already gone to sleep, it was nice to have them follow up and actually bring xtra pillows and a blanket. I love to stay at the Executive Centre! It’s a great price for full amenities with the convenience of being centrally located in Honolulu.
