surprise additional charges $20 per night for parking, $25 per night for resort fees then I was told to call another number if I wanted to have the room cleaned during my stay and that would be yet another fee, if I used the phone in the room for this there would be a .75 cents a call fee

Arrived at hotel to check-in but receptionist could not find booking number. They were going to relocate us to another hotel after I had paid in advance and "no need to re-confirm". It was such a hassle but luckily the staff by Mantra were saved us. I will not ever recommend Ala Moana by Air Pads to anyone!

Hair everywhere when we arrived. In the bed, all in the shower, in our folded clean towels. Very disgusting.

Ala Moana itself is very good which is basically by Mantra. This Ala Moana by Airpad is provided by airpad company. The rooms are in the same building but they are not managed by ala moana. It is totally managed by airpads, who are not living there. It is a las vegas based travel company, who are i think kinda fraud! They charged my credit card twice! then I complained and then they said it is a mistake. They were supposed to charge money while check-in but they charged the whole amount while booking. so be careful on this! While check-in in Ala Moana hotel, they charged me huge check-in fee. They said Airpads does not belong to them and that's why they charge for check-in. They even don't do any kind of service to the room. They also don't have access to those rooms, except giving the keys. Again while check-in, I gave me two nights stay, but I paid for 3-nights! Ala moana stuff said they asked for 2-nights! The management is awful and there were so many mistakes out there: from taking money up to giving the rooms! Later they extended it to 3-nights. More important is, Nobody came for cleaning the room! This is my first time in my entire life that there was no room service! I was staying in the hotel most of the time and nobody came to clean the room! So don't be fascinated by the name "Ala Moana". The hotel and room quality are very good but this Airpad company management is awful. So buy separately Ala Moana, not from Airpads!

This is not a hotel. It looks like one, but in fact all units are privately owned by different people. This means the staff at the front desk will not help you with anything. You can call a number in Arizona and maybe they pick up. If they don't - well tough luck. There will also be no maid service. You can call Arizona and arrange for service, for a fee of course, if Arizona picks up the phone. The same with everything else, call Arizona. My suggestion: Stay somewhere else. I will.

First off the internet was not working tho I got that fixed fairly quickly. No extra sheets for the pull out sofa bed&when I emailed air pads, then called I got no response.Ever!Very spare &cheap toiletries..also cannot checkin before 3pm!
