The hotel was clean and had friendly staff. There are also a good choice of restaurants close by with easy transportation. My only small complaint was that the premier rooms do not have work desks which made it inconvenient for a business traveler.

Guess is a three star hotel room It is a little worn out,the room rug its old, bathroom looks that needs refurbishing ,i asked for a queen bed instead they gave twotwins beds, cable tv ,well not much variety. It accomplish its paper let you sleep! Vending machines only useful to the ones with an " octopus" card!but ihave not to worry knowing you have a few steps away a supermarket,7 11, and other foodstores. Nice place to walk since is over the international Ferry terminal ,and Nice landscape. The pier side bar has this all day " promotion" Two for the Price of one but the beer for example is twice the price than in the street, hence the promotion! Staff very pleasing,it was not problem to get shuttle to the airport, would think twice to book this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is centralized the places I want to visit. The weather is a bit humid, my husband and I have a great time.

it was really very lovely place for living in HK due to excelent location and high standarts of the hotel.

I stayed in the hotel in 3 days. the hotel s in a good location, right in the heart of the shopping area, the room was small and reasonably clean, one can hear the noisy fro the outside traffic at night.

The ROYAL PACIFIC HOTEL AND TOWERS IN HONG KONG, simply exceeded expectations! Service was excellent, The Concierge Mr. Bill Szeto, made us feel more like FAMILY, than clients or strangers in a strange land. Thanx again to RPHAT IN HONG KONG. MR & MRS RD GLENDALE AZ

Overall, the experience was good. However, being on the smoking level, I was disturbed by the noise made by the mainland chinese. They were extremely noise before 7am in the morning. Nothing much that I can do from these stayers. Overall, the hotel experience was good except for the noise made.

Room was small, staff was only OK. Didn't go the extra mile. Great location though but overpriced.

Great location, convenient and close to the harbor. Only drawback is no room service, no in-house restaurant that is open early/late, and taxis to HKI are less frequent. Otherwise, great hotel. I extended my stay.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were clean although not too spacious which is as expected in HK. We had view out on the city in the Tower. Super easy to walk to the MTR, with lots of great restaurants and shopping on Nathan Road. Would recommend to anyone.

We arrived late due to flight delay, The hotel staff was very courteous and promptly checked us in. We even got upgraded . The room was very clean and spacious than most hotels in Hong Kong.

Rooms are small, shower is horrible. Staff is friendly, great location and everything you need is right there in the hotel. Buffet is expensive but good.

Havivg the hotel located within the same building as the China Ferry Terminal makes it a perfect place to transfer from the airport via Airport Express Train and then a short free shuttle [K2] directly to the hotel. Many flights arrive late and the ferry to mainland isn't available. Staying here the night before heading to the mainland makes the transition simpler.

Stayed one night, they upgraded my reservation at no additional cost!

I booked online the day of my arrival and got a great rate. I upgraded to a larger room for a nominal amount. The room was comfortable, the staff was competent and helpful. I had a great stay!

Love that it is located right at the China Ferry Terminal. I had to stay in HK for one extra night after I took the ferry back, so decided to book the Royal Pacific. Very easy access from the China Ferry Terminal! Just take the elevator up to the lobby! The rooms are slightly bigger than your average HK rooms. Pretty clean. I wanted a double bed, but they were at full capacity so I was given the two twin bed. I had an end unit on the 10th floor. Pretty quiet. 2 free bottles of water, which was nice. There's a gym, but I didn't get to take advantage of it. There's also restaurants and cafes around the hotel, but I actually just went downstairs to the ferry station and ate at the spots around there. Service was good. All the staff were fluent in English. Plenty of staff around actually so it was very easy to have your questions answered. The downside is that the hotel is a bit of a walk to the TST MTR station. You gotta go through Kowloon Park to get to the subway. Fairly easy once you figure out where to go, but when I tried it at night, it was a bit tough. Also tried to get a later checkout at 1pm (12pm normally), but was denied.

This web site should watch their hotel listings more closely- when booking this hotel, I opted for the higher priced, optional "Premiere Room" and ended up with perhaps the smallest room I have ever been in anywhere. What this means is, you get off on a floor marked "Premiere" and it has nothing to do with your room. Not even a desk was available and it was twin beds. The room was well appointed and clean, however more like a Japanese businessman's hotel. I've stayed at this hotel many, many times. I have always been pleased. This time however, I did feel a little taken advantage of by both this site and the hotel.

I've been through all of the upgrades to this property and I believe it is competed now. The rooms are on a par with big brand hotels costing double in the immediate area. The restaurant and bar is extremely comfortable and staff is eager to assist.

This hotel is pretty nice. The location is fantastic.

This hotel has become a staple for me now in HK and for the money, just doesn't get better when you're on your way to the mainland.
