Will recommend to others. Good location, convenient shopping and central area for meals.

Nice hotel location. Center of town. A lot of shops and food nearby. Convient walk to nearby train

Beautiful room, nice side harbor view, excellent housekeeping, nice acknowledgement of my birthday, and nice fruit and wine gift.

We booked it since it was advertised as part of Mandarin Oriental. It is about as much a part of that chain as say one of the avoidable hotels on the Vegas strip are part of Vegas luxury. Hotel lobby is dark and dingy. Any room upto the 14th floor overlooks trash left on other low rise building roofs. The actual rooms are a tad small and dont resemble the photographs at all. Some of the staff tries hard but the property itself is just a total let down

This property is older but nicely maintained. Well located in or to most anywhere in DT Hong Kong. Need to recognize Woodie at Concierge desk and Claudia & Connie at 31st floor executive lounge - outstanding.

Great staff, rooms seemed a bit outdated and older. Could use an update

Payed for an upgrade. Was put in a superior harbour room only to be woken up every morning by construction workers. Would have thought that room should have been given away at a lesser cost not higher.
