Large beautifully appointed rooms. Friendly stuff and fantastic two restaurants. A cantoneses restaurant is a must for dim sum lovers.

Very comfortable and pleasant. Excellent breakfast.

This hotel is located in the perfect location for vacation in Kowloon. It is right next to the subway entrance, which is very easy to use. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Right on the harbor. walking distance to the ferry and museums. The staff was extremely knowledgable and helpful. It couldn't have been a better experience! I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a really good Hotel in Hong Kong, although Hotels in Hong Kong are all expensive. Location is very good, Staff are most helpful and friendly, food is fair, room cleanliness is also very good.

We did not enjoy this hotel at all, We expected so much more, upon check in our room smelled moldy, so we contacted the staff, yet they did absoulty nothing. I will never stay here again!!!

great hotel with great prices.even with the jewelry fair going on.

I did not have a good experience from the start, the Hotel did take my credit card an block a large amount after explisitly instructions not to block only inprint my card. The bed was worn out, the pillows was worn out and the food was below standards for a 5 star hotel. They have plenty of staff opening doors and welcoming you in, but no service beyond that. The last day the hall was so overpowered by paint or cleaning fumes it was unbearable.

Airline itinary did not show date change and we arrived the morning after a 14 hour flight on what we thouht was our check in dare it was actually our check out date. We had a layover on our return flight and asked if they would consider givingng us that date instead. No way! We are screwed!

I wish I could give half-star grades, because the Shangri La was almost perfect, but not quite. The welcome was fantastic; we were picked up at the airport and whisked to the hotel, where we were allowed into our rooms well before standard check-in time. This was very appreciated after an overnight flight from Melbourne. The lady who greeted us, Eri, was a delight. She made us feel very special and very welcome. Perhaps the let down was in the Club Lounge, where we were perhaps rather made to feel less welcome. Compared with other hotel lounges, the snacks appeared to be limited in quantity and carefully monitored. I also had a massage in the Fitness centre, but felt the service there was somewhat perfunctory and it left me feeling stiff and sore, which was not the point of the exercise. Finally, we were under the impression that we would have packed breakfasts ready for the day of our departure, as we were leaving very early. Unfortunately, this was not the case, which left us scrabbling around trying to get something sorted out. However, ultimately these were minor quibbles. The hotel and staff are really generally top class and I would certainly be very happy to return there one day in the future.

it was very confortable and the smeel of the lobby its great its flowwers aroma

The Kowloon Shangri La was in a word Beautiful. The room was perfect. The room provided internet access, with a spacious desk. The view overlooking the Hong Kong harbor was Great. The hotel staff were very attentive. The hotel itself is close to all transportation. The only improvment could have been the Breakfast Buffet that was average but very costly

Luxury Hotel, very comfortable room, The location was very good, anything was nice

The Kowloon Shangri-La was very modern and extremely clean. The room was very large with a sofa, a desk area, and a table with several chairs. I especially liked the location, because it was close to all the major shops. The restaurants in the hotel were delicious and the ambiance was equally exquisite. In addition, there was a walkway that led to the promenade which was quite convenient.Without doubt, I would highly recommend the Kowloon Shangri-La.
