Clean good location accessible for land transportation

Great location and excellent service staff. Will definitely book again.

I was issued a hotel phone for use around the city of hk that unknowingly was not cleared yet for use because i was surprised to be phoned by a hotel staff who embarassed me and irately called my attention and asked me to return the phone as if i stole it when i just checked in. I didnt argue anymore and simply returned it afternoon of same day. I had to cut short my tour around the city with my wife just to return the phone. When I told front desk about this bad experience and looked for the person who called me she showed me that the phone didnt register any call history so i didnt pursue asking for the person anymore. She apologized and then handed me the phone back and later when I tried checking call history myself after some calls to my surprise it registered a call history. Only then did I realize that the front desk person fooled me and tried covering up for the guy who called me. I didnt bother to complain further. We just decided that we will not use this hotel anymore and will not recommend to family and friends.

Nice hotel with nice amenities and excellent location. The only negative was that we wanted two single beds. The setup in the room did have two singles but you were only separated by a gap of 3inches.

Nice stay. Close to metro and food. Room was smaller than expected, but it was still very nice. Spend most of my time enjoying the city, do it was perfectly fine.

really had good time , had few problem but the management solved it .only the room can here next door tv , had a problem with that with my tv other people's complains about my tv to loud wish was not right , that next door guest should have go to retirement home to relax lol, anyway , great service and great food , will recommend it , will go back there.

Hotel is very busy in Summer. Location is midway between Yau Ma Tei and Jordon good location in Kowloon and choice of MTR stations. Taxi rate is a reasonable 22HKD for the first 2km

This is the best breakfast buffet I have ever had at a hotel, or even at a restaurant. A chef fries up eggs in front of you, all you can eat bacon, varieties of eggs, meats, pastries, lots of fruit (never heard of dragon fruit before), simply magnificent! The breakfast wasn't included in my reservation (which I didn't realize until getting there, annoyingly), however it is definitely worth the extra $15 per day if your reservation doesn't include breakfast. The glass elevators in tubes on the outside of the building make for a fun view up to the 22nd floor.

There are several restaurants in the hotel. When you book online or in person, you are given the choice of a free breakfast or Express breakfast. But, which restaurant does this and when does it open? I am an early riser and go to breakfast at 6:30a. When I did so at the most convenient restaurant near my room, I was told I was going to be charged $30HK. "Why, my reservation included a free breakfast?" Answer: This reservation is for 7a at another location. When you book online you are not aware of policy. When you come to register after a long trip and given paperwork some instruction in broken English, continue to ask about what, where and when is the "free" offer.

A couple of blocks North of the B1 Jordon exit off the Metro. Early May brings warm temps and rain. Be prepared. It's a busy time for hotels in HK since it is the beginning of tourist season. The lobby area where you register reflects that notion. The clerks d =o there best to satisfy everyone in a timely manner. They do speak broken English which makes it difficult to understand them sometimes since I am from the US. The lobby level "L" on the elevators hosts the main restaurant and bar area which is always very busy....but confusing because there are several levels for restaurants and getting to them is not always intuitive. You can either use the escalator to the street level or take the elevators but the time I was there the escalator was broken and being repaired. Every hotel is different when it comes to using elevators and this hotel is no different which uses a card slot so that you are able to alert the elevator that you are a customer. You might have to practice this a few times because it gets confusing to get to different areas from street level and lower street level to B1 B2 and L. and then up to the 21st level which has the pool , exercise area on the roof level. The food is good and the cost is reasonable although the dinner set menu is between 350 HK$ and 400 HK$. You can get a la carte for much less if you need. Breakfast buffet is only 168 HK$ or roughly $20 US. My room was on the 13th floor with a window facing Nathan road south.

The room was okay, but the hotel is at a good location.

Stay one week. Enjoy both expensive and inexpensive good food around the area.

Stayed at the Eaton while transiting through Hong Kong on my way to SW China. Convenient location, great rooms, friendly staff.

I have stayed here at least ten times over the past two years for the clean rooms and great location. Overall, the price is perfect for HK

The Eaton hotel was very nice. The room was not large but very clean and had everything we needed. It had a mini bar, snacks, free wi if and free bottled water. The restaurants were very good. We had the express breakfast plan and it was great! Close to the temple Street night market and within walking distance to the ferry pier. About a 10-15 minute walk. Also close to the subway stations. We were very pleased. They even had a birthday cake delivered to our room for my husbands birthday, not requested and very delicious. We would definately stay here again. The staff spoke English and all were very nice!

It was great stay. Hotel location is very convenient. Close to everything. we had a great trip. Only downside is the room is pretty small. But I think it applies to most of the hotels in Hong Kong.

The Eaton is centrally located for easy access to the Mtr, Ladies Market, Jade Market, Mong Kok, Temple Street Midnight Market, eateries, etc. We were disappointed in the air condition cooling (thermostat had to be turned to its lowest for the room to cool) and the wifi was under duress. There was a letter in our room notifying us of the impending service. However, the service was never up to par over the three day stay. Overall it was a very good stay!

This hotel is so clean and spacious compared to other Hong Kong hotels. It is close to the mtr as well! Definitely booking here again!

Very convenient location. Beautiful room. Walk to MTR in minutes. A lot of restaurant around that area. Definitely worth the money.

Have stayed at the Eaton several times already. Overall it's a solid hotel for single and business travelers. It's located in the heart of Tsim Tsha Tsui and less than a block away from the Temple Street Night Market. The MTR station is also only 1 block away. If you're looking for something clean and convenient, this is the place. Be warned that the breakfast buffet is a little pricey at slightly over $20 USD. My suggestion would be to just take a walk outside and you can find plenty of inexpensive places to eat, including breakfast.
