If you like luxuries and large majestic spaces then this beautiful Villa in Homps is the ideal place for you and your family to unwind. The home features a lovely private terrace for enjoying your barbecue meals and a private swimming pool for taking a refreshing dip. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is in the garden, separate from the main house, and the residence can accommodate up to 6 people. The property is near the centre of Canal du Midi (1 km) where you can find several cosy restaurants. The seaside beach in the southern coastal town of Narbonne is 45 km away and is easily accessible by car. You can also plan a day picnic by the Lac de Jouarres lake 2 km away. There is an outdoor kitchen where you can show off your culinary skills or light a barbecue on the terrace. Kids can enjoy the swings while you relax in the well-furnished garden along with drinks from the bar. Carcassonne Airport is 40 km away.

Qualität und Größe der Betten sind nicht in Ordnung. Zu kleine, zu harte, schlechte und alte Matratzen. Kleiner Aufwand seitens des Eigentümers, etwas dagegen zu unternehmen. Spülmaschine reinigt nicht, Teller und Campingbesteck sind schmutzig. Das ist unverhältnismäßig für das Geld, das Sie bezahlen. Das Wasser im Schwimmbad ist gut gepflegt.

Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité, tout semble plus grands en photos. Très peu de tasses à café pour 6 personnes. Prévoyez sel, huile etc…. Il n’y a rien dans la cuisine. Les transats sur la terrasse sont abîmés et le salon de jardin ( on voit les traces de colles qui débordent ) est bon à jeter. Personne n’est venu dans la semaine pour l’entretien de la piscine, dans ce cas on aurait pu nous meme rajouter des galets de chlore et surtout passer le robot .

Schöne Lage, ideal gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum des Dorfes entfernt. Die Außenküche ist ein echtes Plus und wir haben es sehr genossen. Hatte einen sehr guten Service bei einem Problem mit dem Pool, jemand war innerhalb einer halben Stunde da, um es zu beheben Verlust .Kleine Anregungen: Die Lounge draußen und die Spülmaschine müssten ausgetauscht werden, Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern wären auch wünschenswert.

Wir hatten einen guten Urlaub. Das Haus war nicht super sauber aber ausreichend. Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß und wirklich schön. Die Klimaanlagen kühlen sehr gut, so dass alle Schlafzimmer frisch sind. Es könnten etwas mehr und sauberere Küchenutensilien und Besteck vorhanden sein. Die Liegestühle fielen halb auseinander. Sie müssen ersetzt werden. Ansonsten war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in Homps.

Das Cottage ist gut gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten von netten Restaurants und dem Canal du Mido entfernt. Schöner Swimmingpool mit einem schönen Dach für den nötigen Schatten. Allerdings gibt es keine richtige Bäckerei in der Nähe. Außerdem sollte das Haus mehr Besteck und Küchenutensilien haben. Die Klimaanlage ist wunderbar!

Das Haus liegt an einer ziemlich stark befahrenen Straße. Dies verursacht Ärger. Leider entpuppt sich das 3. Schlafzimmer als separater Wohnsitz und nur von außen zugänglich. Daher kann dieses zusätzliche Zimmer nicht für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern genutzt werden. Dies ist in der Beschreibung nicht eindeutig angegeben. Außerdem sind einige Grundbedürfnisse nicht vorhanden, wie z. B. Wasserkocher, Brotbrett, Fliegenklatsche, Besen für drinnen usw. Die Außenküche ist sehr schön und wunderbar zum Sitzen und Essen!

Die Umgebung und Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch. Das Haus hatte einige Minuspunkte. Der gesamte Außenbereich war dreckig und voll mit Spinnweben, schmutzigen Pfannen und Tassen, kein Abfalleimer und ein paar andere Dinge, die fehlten. In Bezug auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis kann ich das Haus sicherlich nicht empfehlen. Mit Anpassungen und beispielsweise einer neuen Tagesdecke statt einer muffigen Decke könnte es toll werden!Schade auch, dass mit dieser Meldung an den Ansprechpartner nichts gemacht wurde.
