Lovely and spacious brand new - July 2024 - 2 BR, 2 BA villa on stilts

This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa, offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The master bedroom has a King, and the second bedroom has two Queens, setting it up for max. 6 people. The perfect space for a family with 4 kids. The master bathroom has a very comfortable stand-alone tub as well as a spacious shower. The Master bedroom has a smart TV and the living room has a large smart TV
There is free WIFI throughout the house (1 GB).

The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a (gas) BBQ on ground level.
On the enormous porch you will find an outdoor dining area!
If you do not feel like cooking there are plenty of restaurants nearby.  The house - as earlier mentioned - will sleep a maximum of six persons.
 
The house is in a gated community with its own Marina, fishing pier and boat ramp (for renters of boat slips). Just a short walk from the house you will find the community pool.
 
Underneath the house there is more than enough room to park your car(s) and - if necessary - your boat trailer(s).
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Lovely new place close to the river and Gulf!

We very much enjoyed the location and cleanliness of this new place! The fact that it has a boat slip and dock you can use (extra fees apply) are advantageous. Everything worked really well and the manager was very accommodating. The beds and bath were comfortable and the kitchen stocked nicely. We plan to return. A bit of a walk from the house to the last dock...and up the stairs. However, the porch and location (secure!) made up for any inconvenience.

Hidden Gem in Homosassa

A great place to stay if you plan to visit Homosassa. The property was clean and easy to access with boat slips (additional fee) and a private boat ramp. This property is furnished well and a perfect home base for Scalloping or Fishing. Frans was a great communicator and answered quickly. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location

This house was brand new, still had that new home smell. I love the location because it is so close to the springs and the Gulf. This one doesnt have a dedicated dock but we were able to rent one so that was convenient. The living space is perfect for 4 to 6 people and the home is stocked with the basic necessities.
