I travel for a living and on this particular occasion I needed to get on my computer and get online. It was sooner than the normal check in time but they couldn't have been more accommodating and arranged for a newly renovated room. Made an impression.

We stayed at this property from October 4-6 for a wedding in town. Matt, who was the Front Desk Manager, was amazing! Not only did he have a great sense of humour, he was so helpful. He really went out of his way to help my entire family. That is the first time in a long time that I have seen that level of customer service. Thank you!

I stayed at the Ramada for one night. People there were very nice and courteous. WiFi was poor in the room but rooms were very nice and comfortable. Very convenient right off the expressway. Would stay there again.

We were visiting my daughter who attends Stony Brook University. The internet was so bad that I had to take her back to school early so she could submit assignments. Asked hotel for help with the internet 3x, no luck. In addition to this, the carpet was dirty, wallpaper and ceiling were peeling. Bathroom sink did not drain. Furniture was old, worn down and broken. Walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING in the other room. Coffee maker was gross. No sleep for us that weekend! Never again.

The hotel was excellent we was in one of the refurbished rooms it was excellent. All the staff we encountered from check-in staff were helpful and friendly. During the night I received a txt from the UK to say our flight operator had gone into liquidation and we had no return flight. At 5.30am I went to the front desk for help the could not have been more helpful. The Lady I think was called Kerry but not certain on front desk she went out of her way to help also a gentleman whose name I did not get. Both were excellent many thanks to both of them. Would well recommend this hotel.

excellent customer service. parking lot in certain areas were busy with construction personnel and vehicles. lots of openess to the large lobby area. Checkin was easy and front desk associate was fabulous.

Although major renovation is going on the staff are very attentive. The connected restaurant and bar are a great asset and location is great! A great value for the money! The renovated rooms are beautiful and the older ones are still ok.

It was a nice experience. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The check-in was fast and simple. The only issue is they’re remodeling the hotel so the parking lot was ripped up and we had to park a bit away from the main entrance but I’m sure once construction is finished the hotel will be even better.

Newly redone rooms were fabulous but they obviously rushed because our TV still had the stickers on the screen and was never programmed and we weren’t going to have someone come up at 1am to fix it. My newly washed car was covered in dust from the parking lot work being done a few feet from my car. Sections being worked on should have been closed to parking. 169.00 for no TV and a filthy car, disappointing

Good overall experience extremely happy with hotel room & hospitality! Would stay again. Sad it’s changing to holiday inn. I wanted to be close to a location with business never stayed at a ramada it was solid
