Great layout and floor plan

Really enjoyed this property layout and floor plan. Probably the cleanest vacation rental in all our years of renting on AMI. Has plenty of stocked cooking utensils and a very nice kitchen. Pool was fantastic and the beach was a short stroll down the road. Left behind a fishing pole that I bought on the island for future kids/guests since couldn’t bring back on plane. :)Would definitely stay here again.

great location on the island

The home is beautifully renovated after the hurricane! Everything is brand new - furniture, appliances,etc. The beds are very comfortable. The location is very convenient for a short walk to the beach or to visit restaurants on both ends of the island. The side of the home is next to a busy street w/morning worker traffic and a near by fire station. (did not bother us) The best part of the home is the very large secluded heated pool and spa next to a very large covered patio. (there is a remote control device in the home to easily heat the pool or spa,hopefully with a new instruction manual attached) The rental agents are Very helpful if you encounter any problems if you call them, (not email, which had a glitch in their system-hopefully fixed)Will recommend this property to friends.

Great location to the beach, food and shopping. We really enjoyed the outside area as well. The only downside was the neighbors outside flood lights came on around 10:00 and illuminated the bedrooms for several hours maybe some dark curtains would help. We loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Nice house

The house was clean and nice. The pool was very dirty when we got there, but we arrived shortly after a hurricane. The pool company did come and clean after a few days of our stay. The house could use a small cooler and a new umbrella. The flooring in the laundry area also should be replaced. It’s lifting and could be a hazard. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was clean except for one thing that was just missed by the cleaning crew. They fixed the situation very quickly. There were a few things that were in need of fixing or updating but overall it was a good stay. I do think the en-suite shower and some baseboard trim could be updated but those were minor things.

We loved the house and how comfortable and cozy it was, the only impediment is that until we left we spent 3 days without being able to use the main bathroom due to clogs which the plumber could not fix. It was a great pity, for the rest we have been satisfied.

Beautiful Home in Ideal Location

Wonderful stay in this well appointed beach home. While the interior of the home was beautifully decorated, the backyard oasis was absolutely unbeatable - outfitted with a grill, plenty of seating, and an inviting pool and hot tub. The home is in an ideal location, situated a block and a half from the beach. Highly recommend!!

Great girls' getaway

Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. The pool was the perfect temperature. It was a short distance to the Gulf side beach and not too long of a walk to the "downtown" area and to the Bay side beach. The outdoor backyard space was a great size and we enjoyed a few meals on the back patio. We only had a few minor issues with the property: the hot tub would be full of water some times of the day and then other times it was completely empty; master bath shower temp wasn't regulated very well-it went to really hot and then stayed there; and the management company was hard to get a hold of on the weekend. Overall, a great stay and would definitely stay again with just adults or a couple of families.

Charming Very comfortable Great Location

Anna Maria is our favorite vacation destination. This particular property exceeded our expectations. Great location with beach access just two short blocks away. The decor in the home was very inviting and comfortable after a long day at the beach. The pool and whirlpool spa were nice additions however instructions for operating the spa would have been helpful. The large back yard was great for family gatherings. And entertaining however i had to provide our own propane tank for the grill which is odd and a first for any property that I have rented Overall It was a great property and I would stay there again.

Great place for a a family vacation!

This house was beautiful, clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. The location is perfect, with the beach just two blocks away, it’s an easy walk or golf cart ride. The pool was awesome, and having the hot tub right next to it was great so we could keep an eye on the kids. The backyard area is spacious and feels very private with a hedge of palm trees all around the property. Overall an awesome stay!
