This duplex Villa has lush tropical landscaping and the heated shared pool is surrounded by a privacy fence. Relax in the chaise loungers before you fire up the BBQ grill for your favorite grill specials. Each unit has its own private back patio with a 6 person dining table and grill. There is plenty of brick paver deck space to soak up the Florida sunshine! This property can be rented together with its neighboring Villa West VRBO listing 1410300 to serve as a family retreat, providing a level of privacy that a single-family home does not offer. Also, this is a perfect Villa duplex for in-laws or grandparents.

The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and the second bedroom has Twin beds and a trundle bed (pulls out of the twin bed). This unit comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The trundle is recommended for a child.

Enjoyed our visit to Anna Maria Island. This duplex was very close to the Gulf and allowed for easy visits to the beach and to watch the sunset. The pool was crystal clear. I’ll probably was the nicest pool but would benefit from adding a railing . So It was challenging to get into the pool it if you’re in your 70s. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. We felt the couch when you sat down it sunk down to the floor and could use a replacement. A good reading light would’ve been a nice addition. The chairs to go to the beach were rusted and needed replacement. The owner did respond and get the replacement in four days after we mentioned it. Overall, a great place with a few revisions would be excellent.

This was the perfect beach house! They have thought of everything you need for a good beach trip. They have chairs and umbrellas and even pool toys, a beach wagon and towels, very short walk to the beach. I love this side of the island, it’s less of a party crowd and more residential. Felt very safe there, the pool was wonderful!!! Very clean and comfortable beds. Short drive to pine ave and steps away from the free trolly stops. Highly recommend and we will come back!

Everything was as described. Check in was easy and all the necessary items were available in the kitchen. The entire home was clean and well kept. The wifi worked great and we enjoyed the pool. The beach was a short walk away and we loved the peaceful atmosphere throughout the neighborhood.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful week staying at Jonse’s comfortable home on AMI. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach, cook at home, swim in the heated pool, and enjoy the area was provided. The check in process was easy and Jonse was very responsive to the few questions we had over our stay. We love this house especially the pool. My kids enjoy most of the time before and after the a day at the beach. It’s very warm and also refreshing. Perfect size for big kids who like to swim and dive deep and sallow part for a baby to enjoy the water as well. The house had fully load kitchen equipment and fully stocked, very clean and functional, plenty of beach towel, extras bed sheet’s ,pillows. perfect for a family of five, less then 2 block from the beach, well maintain pool and ground garden, the bed is comfortable and clean. back yard is big and had a grill and a table to dine out. Laundry is in the back yard as well. Pool and beach equipment are a plus. I had a good use out of it. We very love this house and for sure will rent it again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property with our family of 4. The pool was beautiful and perfect for my kids ages 3 and 5. The rooms were good sizes and bathroom accommodating for our group. The kitchen had all the items we needed and there is an outdoor laundry room. Pool floats and beach gear (wagon boogie boards sand toys )are available too. We loved the board games too. The walk to the beach was very short and the beach was not crowded at the beach access on 74th street. We loved the clear water and perfect weather! We would definitely stay here again.
