This property was all we anticipated and more ! We felt right at home and loved the beautiful coastal decor,heated pool and easy access to the beach. ( it even included beach chairs/ umbrella and cart) Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Having a whole house with a private pool and backyard made it feel extra special. The location was great too—close enough to walk to the beach, although we also enjoyed having a golf cart to get around. We would definitely stay here again!

House was great! Location was great! It was perfect! Only complaint I had was the grass was very high in the back yard and the lawn crew didn’t come till Thursday. But it was still a great place! I will definitely try and stay again!

Great for a family getaway

We spent the last few days at Latitude Adjustment, and it was wonderful. This newly renovated house met all our needs and was big enough for our large family. It was with walking distance from the beach, just a few steps across the street and you are there. The house was clean and well stocked. We would choose this location again if we return to AMI.

We loved this house from the moment we walked in!First impression was that it was beautiful, and smelled amazing! The floor plan is a little odd because you can only access the garage through one of the bedrooms but nothing that we didn’t get used to. (And we knew ahead of time because it is stated in the description.)The laundry room is beautiful and oh so convenient for kids swimming everyday. Plenty of towels and soaps. Had a smoke alarm go off for no reason and they responded immediately to fix it. Management company was polite, kind, responsive and helpful!We can’t WAIT to stay here again!We stay in AMI every year for our family vacation and usually we stay in a different house but we talked about just staying in this one every year going forward.
