All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

Looking for a great vacation location on beautiful Holmes Beach? Then look no further. Island Haven is a two-story, private home that features 4 bedrooms (two of which are primary bedrooms), 3 full bathrooms, game room and private heated pool. Upon entry, you will find the open-concept living area that features a flat screen, smart TV and plenty of seating to relax after a long day in the sun. Off the living room, you will find the kitchen that is fully-equipped with everything you will need to prepare a full course meal or quick snack. The lower level has two bedrooms one of which features a king-size bed, flat screen smart TV and ensuite bathroom and the other bedroom features a queen-size bed and flat screen, smart TV. Upstairs you will find the game room where we are sure you and your family will enjoy everything this room has to offer. The game room features a foosball table, Xbox, board games, stand-up arcade console and flat screen TV. The second floor also features two bedrooms, one that features a king-size bed, flat screen, smart TV and ensuite bathroom and the other bedroom features twin bunk beds. However, that's not all this home has to offer. Off the living room, you will find a private backyard oasis that features a heated pool, dining area, sun loungers, gas grill and large Connect Four yard game. This home is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, beach cart, beach chairs and WiFi throughout.

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Bedroom 2 features queen-size bed & flat screen TV.
Bedroom 3 (Second Primary) features a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom and flat screen TV.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note: For reservations longer than 28 nights or more than $20,000, a different cancellation policy applies - please see the Rental Agreement under the House Rules on the check-out page.
