This house was as advertised. Unobstructed beach view, right on the sand, steps from the water. Wonderful experience.

Location is spectacular. House could use a few maintenance updates: 2 kitchen drawers off track not functional, paint peeling from tile in shower and from walls in guest bathtub (not painted with correct paint is my guess), floor behind bathroom door dirty. We were looking for instructions on how to turn on jets in hot tub and emailed the realtor. We eventually found them, but then the realtor said there weren't any and it wasn't functional but they were working fine. I think they lied to us. The instructions were quite clear how to use it and for the price I paid, I expected to be able to use it. Probably won't return although the location really was nice. It was a bit more crowded than the other end of the island so if you like quite, try further toward bean point.

This is an amazing getaway. Beach Life is perfect because its beachfront and features a heated pool and hot tub The microwave did not work but besides that it was good The sunsets are breath taking.

This house is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. We loved being right on the beach and took advantage of the hot tub every night. The sunsets are incredible from the back porch! Highly recommend!

This is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation. You don’t need to rent a car because Publix is within walking distance along with other stores. Walking straight onto the beach is heavenly and having your own pool and spa is just an added bonus. Sunsets are the best I’ve ever seen and that includes Hawaii!! Don’t hesitate to rent this beach house.

The view is phenomenal! The house is in the perfect location close to Anna Maria Beach Cafe and many other shops and restaurants. The view from the pool and hot tub couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was comfortable and has everything we needed. We already booked this beach house for next year!

The perfect getaway

This home exceeded our expectations! Clean home, easy check in. Upon arrival you are greeted with the most spectacular gulf view and sandy beach. The pool and hot tub created a backyard oasis. We are looking to book it again:)

Our new favorite place

This cottage is a little slice of Heaven! You just cannot beat the location or the incredible views! We came for spring break and everyone cried when we had to leave. Our kids spent 8-10 hours a day going back and forth between the beach and the pool. The cottage is stocked with everything you need and the convenience of it all is perfection. Rent a golf cart for added fun! We can’t wait to come back!

A Dream Vacation

I'm not sure it gets much better than this property. Not only does this home sit right on the beach but you have your own private pool that allows you to swim while enjoying the view of the waves. The home was stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Besides the location to the beach, thithis property was located within walking distance to the grocery and some local shopping and a short drive distance to some wonderful restaurants. For the first time we were sad to have to be headed home. Thank you for a trip we will never forget. We will 1000% be back again restaurants.

Best location ever

House was in the perfect location, right on the beach! Clean, well kept, cute! Attached master bath, sizable second bathroom. Our family of 4 adults were very comfortable! Walkable to Publix, Walgreens, small shops and bakeries, restaurants.
