Would stay again
We really enjoyed our stay. Loved being so close to the beach. House isn’t fancy, but suited us well - very comfortable and family-friendly. It has great porches for watching the sunset, well-equipped kitchen, some beach supplies, outdoor shower. We hope to be back!

Boyd house
We love Topsail Beach and rented the Boyd house mostly because of the location (near my sister’s house) and because it was on the canal and pet friendly. It was like going to the grandparents beach house! Very quaint.
However, the mattresses and linens were very poor quality. The queen/twin bedroom smelled of mildew.
With older features, the house needs to be extra clean -this was not the case. Overall, we had a nice week but I do suggest some improvements.
