We stayed at Villa DanTopia for 12 nights in March/26. We were 8 people including 2 children and the house was big enough for us all. We liked the location - close to Holetown and we could walk to the beach in about 10 minutes (downhill), a bit longer going back up the hill. The house is modern with 3 nice, air conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the second floor. The main level is not air conditioned but has large louvered glass doors which allow in the breeze when opened. We found it was comfortable most of the time with the doors open. The outside patio is covered over the dining table and has a small pool which the kids loved especially. Reydon is an excellent host and was very quick to respond to our requests - he got us beach buckets and shovels for the kids and extra dishes and hand soap that we needed. He also sent his pool guy to clean the pool half way through our stay. We would have liked to have some extra sheets and towels on hand and a few more blankets plus a couple more tea towels for the kitchen but we didn't bother Reydon about it and made due with what we had. Lastly, a dishwasher for the kitchen would have been nice but we all pitched in and hand washed the dishes. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

Great location and place to stay near Holetown and Speightstown. Reason was super available and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our trip. The Villa was very clean and although close to many beaches, having a pool was a great part of our stay.

Reydon was an amazing host - great communication, friendly, and helpful before, during, and even after our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, offering suggestions for places to eat and things to do (which was invaluable when our plane was unexpectedly delayed by six hours!). You can tell he truly cares about his guests.The property is in great shape, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The patio view is especially relaxing, overlooking a field with two grazing cows and the ocean in the distance. It’s a short drive to great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, and walkable to the beach, which made exploring the area very convenient.If you’re visiting Barbados, this is a wonderful place to stay. Thanks again, Reydon!

Reydon was a great host. Very communicative. His house is lovely and the ocean views are even better in person than his pics. The beach is at the bottom of the hill and they have a beach bar and 30 for loungers/umbrella. Masseys grocery is large and had everything my gluten free daughter needed. The Deck restaurant is within walking distance and was really good. We ate there twice and enjoyed sunset views. I would definitely stay here again.

The villas was modern and updated. The master suite was airy and very comfortable with a nice en-suite bathroom. The host Reydon was very attentive and kind. He responded very promptly to my requests and questions.

The Villa is amazing and very modern I love it. kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms fantastic very clean. quiet residential area my family loves it the view is amazing some cute little monkeys popping up early morning on the balcony my grandson enjoyed that the food at Roti Den restaurant is great and the host Reydon is 10/10 awesome very friendly checking in to make sure we’re ok will definitely stay there again

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einen kind da das perfekt.es gab einen herzlichen empfang ,kleines willkommen sgeschenk,viele kuschelige handtücker ,einen pool,die küche war gut ausgestattet für die delbstversorgung.zum szrand ist es 15 min zu füss.einen grill gab es nicht.der vermieter ist seehr bemüht undcnett.

Beautiful place, nice views, cows lowing and monkeys abound. Very lovely!

Accurately portrayed in the listing! Love the view and love the animals.One house fought with each other loudly across the meadow two out of four nights we were there so hopefully that’s not a typical problem. Everyone Else around and the setting was awesome!

Fantastic property and experience!

Highly recommend this property. The location, quality and amenities make it a perfect stay. The host is awesome, responsive and reliable. Location is fantastic, exactly where you’d want to be on the island for fine dining and the best beaches.

Fantastic

Just stayed here for 10 days. The villa is amazing newly built and very modern. Bedrooms and bathrooms fantastic. Very quiet residential area and only 8 minute walk downhill to the beach. Nearest bars / restaurants are Lonestar, Juma’s and Jujus. It’s a 5 minute taxi ride into Holetown. Would highly recommended this place and our host was so helpful and kept in touch throughout our stay. Will definitely stay here again
