The elegant two-storey townhouse has an open plan living area, al-fresco dining on a covered terrace, a fully-outfitted kitchen, and is air-conditioned throughout. The three bedrooms (each with their own en-suite bathroom) are all located on the upper floor, while the main living areas are on the ground floor. Every bedroom is outfitted with an air-conditioner and ceiling fan for your comfort, and the master bedroom enjoys their own private terrace - a great spot for a morning coffee or sundown cocktail. Parking is free in your private garage attached to the townhouse should you choose to rent a car!
There is a communal pool and small fitness room located in the Falls development.

Misrepresented on VRBO
I would give this property a 2/10, and that’s only because the location was great, otherwise it would have been a 1.
Property manager was fine during the pre-arrival process. Sent an email to BLS during my stay, none of the issues were acknowledged and the response I got was that someone would come look. No day/time of when I could expect someone and no follow-up on whether my issues were remediated. As a frequent visitor to Barbados, I would hesitate to use BLS again. Now, my issues:
- linens were old, faded and very ratty looking
- towels had holes
- drain cap in master shower was off
- stove and oven didn’t work
- place needs a big refresh
Definitely not luxury.

Safe, clean, spacious, excellent vacation home!
Wonderful, clean, spacious home with everything we needed! Plenty of room for 6 of us. Walking distance to the beach, pool and many fantastic restaurants in Holetown. Beach Club pool access was perfect. Excellent support and communication from the management team! Felt very safe and secure in the gated community with a gate attendant on duty 24/7 - and they were all very friendly ands welcoming!
