The location of the hotel was great and our room was clean. We liked the option of not having to have daily cleaning service to our room. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly.

Choice of Poached or scrambled eggs, bacon beans, Hash browns (potato Gems) were a little on the warm not hot side, everything I was after. Bathroom could do with a towel rail for storing towel, just don't know where it could possibly go, there isn't enough room in the bathroom, I would have liked a hand shower, to me rain showers are over rated. Bed and pillows were good, phone chargers in bedside light, desk good, mini fridge a little small but OK. I would stay there again,

Booked a balcony room but didn’t get one. Not soundproof rooms. Got very little sleep due to music from a club and noisy neighbours and people speaking in the halls. Even upstairs room walking around. It was clean and the food was good, great breakfast buffet.

Nice staff at check in. Very comfortable bed. Terrible musty smell in reception foyer. Truck delivering cars to Budget across the road woke us up at 1:15am, not hotels fault but might want to speak to them about this.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Had a couple hiccups with the key cards not working but was resolved promptly. Beds very comfortable and rooms clean. Strange not to have a coffee maker in the room but there was a fridge. Quiet area but a night club down the street was rocking the Friday we were there and no ignoring that!! Did not go all night though so still able to log some sleep. Would recommend. We had a family room for 3 adults which was 2 twin beds in a side room and 1 king in the main. Was a perfect arrangement - both sides had windows and balcony too.

Our stay at the Best Western was wonderful and perfect for a family of 5....we had two separate rooms (a Family Suite) and it was brilliant! The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well after long days out driving and sightseeing! The bathroom and entire suite were very clean and tidy and were great for our needs. We will certainly stay again when we next visit Hobart!
