Impossible to find hotel location on google!
We struggled to find the hotel again after a day out as it is in a back road and not located on google maps. The receptionist also gave us a little card with the location of the hotel but it was totally wrong! We ended up having to take a taxi and use money we were going to use for the bus to the airport. When checking out, the receptionist wanted me to pay although I had already paid! I asked the receptionist where the main bus station was and she couldn't even tell me where that was.... Staff did not speak good english, I thought that if I paid a bit more for the hotel we would get better service but it was actually the worst service during our whole 2 week trip.
