clean place. very spacious for the money. staff smile and respond well. ONLY SHORTCOMING IS THE HOT WATER PRESSURE. COULD DO A 50% MORE WATER AND PRESSURE FROM THE SHOWER. Very good value for the money!!!

Unlike many other buildings in the area, The Spring House had the most modern and posh looking exterior and interior. The male receptionist was very accomodating, polite and helpful. He spoke english well and did his best to fulfill all our requests. The room was very clean, and opposed to other apartments or airbnb, The Spring House offered house keeping. The kitchen was fully equipt with kettle, pots and a pan for cooking, as well as a microwave and electric stove. Nearest mall for us was a 10minute walk to Pearl Plaza. Other than that, we had to take a Grab to other places near Ben Thành market. On the other hand, the location offered more peaceful and quiet nights as opposed to the bustling city.

乾淨，安靜，附近早上也能找到好吃的早餐。晚上會鎖門，而且還有保安。（你要進出會開給你） 唯一要注意的是10點後前台沒有人，如果晚check in可能要提前溝通。
