First time checking into this hotel. Conveniently located in District 1 and 15min wall to major shopping areas. Hotel is really an art by itself. The service was great, checking in was really a breeze. At the reception will be a hugh clock. The rooms (my was Deluxe King) was huge and majestic. The toilet is spacious (my kind of toilet). Seperate closet which was very useful. It was a high floor and faced the river which provided for a great view. Complimentary wifi and mini bar. Which was very good. Highly recommended if for business travellers.
The Reverie Saigon is an absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of HCMC.The views from the rooms across the city are incredible, especially at night time. The staff are so friendly and helped us with whatever we needed, from fantastic recommendations for a walking route across the city to a packed breakfast for an early morning flight on the day of departure. The breakfast selection is fanastic, and the hotel spa is a real highlight. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Has to be one of the best hotels in Asia. From check in to check out, I could not fault their flawless service. Accommodation superb, room service quick and efficient. Food was fabulous especially breakfast in this vast marble light filled spectacle of a restaurant. Efficient, respectful, friendly and attentive with being obtrusive. Highly recommended...I will return for sure
Dear manger, My name is thuy Tran and I was stay at your hotels in last April. And I thought is should write this feedback for hotels. Firstly I like to say thank you for given a very pleasant stay at your hotel which I feel comfortable and privacy environment especially the vip lounge was quiet environment for me and hospital staff to discuss case. The concierge staff services were excellent and Trung’s has given assistance during my stay at the residence suites. House keeping staff was very professional and excellent service as well. For breakfast was excellent food, staff at the breakfast service especially services of 5 star service is pay attention to details I can from my observation for serveral dates that I stay at your hotels I am notices one of the assistant huu Phuoc who services as he pay attend any guest who need special stool to put their hand bags he assisted guest in comfortable way and twice the hospital pa has breakfast with me he would provided a consistency of service, I have a conversation with him and sked him who teach you and he told me that his previous manager I have appraised him and his service is excellent. Lastly, I like to appraise the pick up driver who has pick me up from airport was excellent due to the delay of the airlines and they have managed to arrange one stop as I have a meeting with one of old professors in Vietnam and his house was on the way, the has made happen allowed me to drop by to greetings my guest. I like to comments that the driver is very honest as I have left my bag in the car including money and I didn't lose a cent in saying is the honesty and highly valuable staff working for you. I will stay your hotels again when I come to Saigon Warmth regards T. Tran
This is without a doubt the nicest hotel I have ever stayed. First class, beautiful and nicely located. The staff, restaurant and pool area are just great. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Views of the city and river were magnificent. It was part of our Avalon tour so I don’t the cost we paid but it was a great way to start our vacation.
The best hotel in Ho Chi Ming bar none! This has it all including the most amazing personalised service. I live great service and this place has it with amazing staff to compliment a superbly appointed interior. They really understand how to treat a guest and the rooms are appointed with everything you could ever want. I highly recommend it.
I've had this hotel on my radar for the last year and a bit. I am a frequent traveller to Vietnam so I 've pretty much stayed everywhere. This was suppose to to be the cream of the crop. While not disappointed, I didn't have my sense blown away by the supposed incredible rooms/decor. This is definitely a 5 star property without a doubt, but a few small details made it feel like just a regular 5 star hotel. To start with, location is excellent. You can't get better. U have the old road of dong khoi on one side and the new square on the other side. You want options for expensive food, cheap street food, all are available at your foot step. The rooms were spectacular. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but hey its up there and out there. Where I thought things fell short were in the service and the property itself. First the staff. Most time they are very professional. On a few occasion, I think they fell out of character and sang and whistle in the lobby like it was their own home. The incident that left me a bit annoyed was when I got to the hotel and didn't have change on me. I asked the staff if I was able to get a quick loan for 5.00 to pay for the taxi and then pay them back immediately. They insisted there was nothing they could do so I had to rush to a nearby atm to grab cash, rush back to pay the cab driver. Is this regulation GM???? The property itself is gorgeous. However I felt it strange that such a nice hotel had to have small humidifiers in all the hallways leading up to the rooms. I am a snob when it comes to decor and architecture, so my opinion may be bias, but imagine it for a sec. The pool was underwhelming to be honest. Food I didn't try cause I love local food. For the price that was paid, I was expecting every aspect to be truly incredible. It fell just a bit short of that.
We recently spent 3 nights at the Reverie for an anniversary. Wow! We just loved it. From the limousine pickup at the airport and the complimentary bottle of bubbles in our room when we arrived, to the outstanding level of service, this hotel is exceptional. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from and the lounge access was a bonus also. Great location, within walking distance to all the sights. This hotel was a wonderful oasis to return to after sightseeing all day.
Stayed one night at the Grade Deluxe Room at the Reverie Saigon. The hotel is at the prime district 1 tourist area of the HCMC. Proximity to the city government office where lots of fine dinning restaurants and five star hotels are located. The design of the hotel is expressive luxury. Color rich and beautifully decorated. Extravagant may be the more appropriate word for this five star hotel. Not everyone's cup of tea (mine too) but it is worth staying just for a night to experience. We stayed at Grade Deluxe Room on a high floor. Very nice city and river view from the room. The room is very well appointed with high quality amenities. Bed is comfortable too. The only negative is that my room smell a bit musty for some reason while the other room we have was fine. It may be because of the humid weather in HCMC. Breakfast buffet was not included in our room rate but we decided to try. It was actually worth the money. Again, the dinning hall was beautiful and the food has good wide variety of western and eastern options. Tried the spa as well. It was again a very interesting experience. The message was ok but the most interesting part of the experience is the big pot of crushed ice outside the steam and sauna room for customer to cool down I guess. Great for couple and family who want to be treated like royals! : )
Rooms are fabulous, breakfast is great and service staff very courteous and friendly. But - - Chinese restaurant is probably the worst we've eaten in a while. Concierge recommendations also left much to be desired. Recommended a French restaurant that was closed and a totally unreliable tailor who could not get my husband's shirts done on time...! I would have heartily given it 5 stars and more if not for the above mentioned unpleasant experience.

- Free WiFi and wired Internet in rooms and public areas
- Onsite dining
