I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. In room #2121, the bathtub showerhead did not work properly, which was inconvenient and unacceptable. On top of that, there was ongoing construction on the 23rd floor that created excessive noise and significantly disrupted my stay. What made the experience worse was the front desk interaction. The receptionist repeatedly tried to upsell me, insisting that the room I had already booked was “not good enough” and pushing me to upgrade, even after I clearly said it wasn’t necessary. The approach felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.

It’s our first time staying at this location and it was a nice stay. The service is good and its convenient location; however, I won’t be coming back here. It’s a bit pricey for breakfast if you don’t book in advanced when you do your booking. We loved the Li Bai restaurant experience and will come back for that with family.
