Exceptional. Clean rooms, modern building, and friendly staff. It has its own off ramp for Grab cars to pick you up. It’s central to everything. The building offers a terrace pool on the 6th floor (great/uncrowded escape). Attached to modern mall, felt like home (a good thing). Hard to imagine staying anywhere else on our next trip.

Sedona Suites was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far! The staff were all so helpful and nice. They always greet us with a smile.We were on the 37th floor which had great views & even better at night! We even got to know the staff at the restaurant/bar, The Straits Kitchen & Bar, downstairs on the 28th floor & they were all incredibly nice. We had great conversations with all of them. Housekeeping was also phenomenal! You get the point that the staff is top tier. The room itself was very nice, modern & clean. Bathroom was well lit. Bed was comfortable. I felt very safe there the entire time of our stay. The only complaint that I have is when the street, Nguyen Hủe, would have loud street performances, we could hear it quite well & it was frustrating trying to go to bed. So the room wasn’t sound proof when it came from the bass of the nightlife through the window. Luckily I just blasted loud white noise music on my phone to try to block it out. Anyways, I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to HCMC for the first time & want to be within walkable distance to a lot of places + the hospitality is again top tier. I would stay here when I come back to HCMC!

Great staff, food and location. The only opportunity is supporting customers when they have late flights. Giving them additional time in the room -- especially when a customer stayed at the hotel for an extended period of time.

Room was clean and spacious with one-time complimentary mini bar items. Our room was on the 35th floor but you can still hear the heavy traffic late at night. Would be great if they had sound proofed windows.

Room was very clean and hotel has a great location right on top of Saigon Center. It’s walking distance to most of the attractions such as Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Ben Tanh Market and others. Downside is that the walls are thin. I suggest you use the earplugs provided in the room and request for a room that is not connected. Heard our neighbors going in and out, as well as screaming kids. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Saigon.

I would rate this hotel as one of the best we've ever stayed in the past. The facility is very clean and the location was excellent. The breakfast buffet was sufficient with good variety of food for everyone's preference. If we ever go back to Ho Chi Minh, I know where we'd stay. That said, the only inconvenience was that the driver of the airport transfer couldn't locate the entrance of the hotel. We were dropped off at the entrance of the departmentt store at 11pm without knowing which way to go. Fortunately it wasn't too far to find it, but it was a bit hard after flying many hours from US.
