Rooms were small, but very clean and modern, well serviced. pool is nice, with a great lounge area over looking the pool - a great place to escape to after the rush of the city, and looks over the river. good walking distance to lots of attractions, markets, cafes, etc. They organised a tour for us, on one day, which made things simple, and the concierge service was very friendly and helpful.

We visited the hotel in November 2017. The hotel is well located in the center of Saigon. We enjoyed the spa treatments as well and the staff and food are very good. The only thing that is not the best is the room size.

Right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of city life Very helpful staff, clean and tidy and lovely spacious rooms The bar and cocktail area very comfortable and staff there to serve you all the time nothing was too much for them to do, good bar snacks and food available and happy hour was more than a hour 😊 Would recommend to anyone who visits.

While it is a good Hotel and right in the center I did feel it was very overpriced. It was also lacking in some areas. 1. WIFI slow and patchy. 2. Rooms designated 101 on all floors are smaller but are charged out at the same price. 3.The Spa could have been great but needs some work training the staff. 4. Bistro is expensive especially for drinks. Don't be fooled'. Happy hour does not apply to cocktails. Not real user friendly. But on the other hand it is right near Ben Thanh Market, the staff are friendly and accommodating but value for money can be found at other establishments nearby.

I accidentally booked this as had meant to book other one but clearly didn’t notice that my tour company had done wrong one. Big mistake. - pool is tiny and the seating is rubbish. Poor quality and they won’t let you move it into shade (and no umbrellas) - gym is a sweat box and no visible way to get air con on - drinks are expensive even in happy hour - says has tea and coffee making facilities but there is no milk - if you phone and ask for some they will bring a whole pint and charge you - staffs English is quite poor. See above point but also i spent 10 mins asking them to help me book a restaurant and they kept on booking me into the hotel restaurant. Eventually I gave up. Even stood in front of them with the address and phone number of the one I wanted.

A nice hotel, perfectly situated for the Ben Than Markets. Staff are lovely. Breakfast is good. Happy hour I found reasonable, whereas the spa seemed a bit pricey. The gym was a little limited and opening hours were inflexible without any clear need to be so. Overall, I would happily return to this hotel.

Being located near the market is a plus and most other main popular attractions within walking distance, but cabs are generally inexpensive and safe.I was let down by concierge being sent to Malaysian address 7 years out of date but otherwise extremely polite and helpful. Even arranged me to be picked up to be taken to Hop on Hop of nearest stopping point. It was an excruciating pillion ride on a motorbike but we got there!!! Twice asked for tomato juice at breakfast and point blank refused, otherwise superb fresh buffet with live chef doing eggs perfectly.

I think you can get better hotel for the price that this one is charging to be honest. It is really well located but expensive. Restaurant is ok but any restaurant here is great because food is amazing but the hotel itself mmmm no too great for what you pay.

Back to Liberty for the 8th ? time. Staff are friendly, helpful and a joy to be with. Breakfast menu varied and consistently good quality- and quantity. A great place to stay- close to the "older" part of district one, close to markets - inc night markets and a short walk to major attractions. pity if it ever becomes part of the "redeveloped" city as the area has a character all of its own. Great place to stay!!!

This was the last stop in our Vietnam trip. The hotel was awesome and clean and felt five star. The pool on the roof top was great. The cafe and staff were awesome as was their restaurant. We spent lots of time getting fantastic massages and facials from the Spa and Beauty they had upstairs. Staff were always helpful. They went above and beyond and just wanted to help us when needed. Location was absolutely fantastic. Walking distance to the markets and tailors, shops, restaurants, opera house etc Would definitely stay here again
