Staffs here are wonderful, Phương and Hải were quick and attentive to us during our check-in. Our rooms were upgrade free of charge- That was very nice- The hotel was very accommodating regarding keeping our luggage’s for us over the next few days while we had checked-out and came back several days later- The best part was, since we had to leave early (2am) to the airport, the staffs had our breakfast boxed up including our coffees for us to take away- This was considerate of them- Thank you Liberty Hotel- Your exceptional service is the main reason I come back and stay with you whenever I visit Viet Nam! I highly recommend this hotel for your stays!!!

The accommodation proved to be somewhat disappointing, primarily due to inadequate lighting and limited spatial comfort. Despite all lights being switched on after sunset, the room remained dimly lit, rendering visibility difficult and detracting from overall usability. The images presented online were somewhat misleading, as the room is considerably more compact than suggested. The narrow walkway surrounding the bed severely restricts movement, and the suitcase had to be stowed under the desk in order to maximise the available space. This confined arrangement compromises the comfort expected at this price point. The bathroom facilities were satisfactory and met basic functional requirements. However, an incident involving the accidental breakage of a glass incurred a charge of 50,000 VND. While this amount is minimal, it is noteworthy given the otherwise standard quality of the accommodation. Having travelled to Saigon on multiple occasions, I found this stay to be unremarkable and average relative to other establishments. The foyer was smaller than depicted in online imagery, which, although not problematic in practical terms, created a negative first impression. In summary, I would assign a rating of 3 out of 5 stars. The property adequately fulfils basic needs but lacks the distinctive qualities that would elevate the guest experience beyond mediocrity.

Housekeeping did not bother to provide shampoo n body wash , just cap back an empty one on first day and didn't bother at all 2nd day despite me leaving empty satchel uncapped at basin. When i called housekeeping , it took a long time for them to come over despite telling t them i needed to leave room urgently. When checking out, receptionist says c to wait while they check the room for couple minutes. After about ten minutes without them doing anything, i approach them then they tell me i may go. Also service without a smile or any expression Toilet flush broke and entire day there is c flushing sound and nothing done for my entire stay. Totally poor experience

Great Staff and extremely helpful, particularly with front desk ladies. Both Ms Kha Ly and Ms Phuong were very helpful and professional and giving us directions and making our stay at the Liberty Hotel more enjoyable. This is our first stay at this hotel and will definitely rebook for the next visit to Ho Chi Minh.
