Outstanding experience from start to finish. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel was spotless, the staff was attentive and welcoming. Amenities exceeded my expectations. It’s our first time staying at this location and it was a nice stay. The service is good and its convenient location; however, I won’t be coming back here. It’s a bit pricey for breakfast if you don’t book in advanced when you do your booking. We loved the Li Bai restaurant experience and will come back for that with family.

I took an upgrade offer to the newly renovated 'Salon' suites. It's similar to 'Club Room' level of service where you have a dedicated check in/out desk, but with a few more perks. Whilst I didn't need the extra perks, or the nicer room, it was cheap enough to go ahead anyway and I'm glad I did. The room was lovely, the service for anything needed felt 5*, and the process of checking in/out was so quick and easy. During our stay, Figo and Kaka (ex. global football stars) checked in for a night too. If it's good enough for them it's certainly good enough for me!

Staff amazing. Lovely hotel, pool and restaurants. Had club room, treated like royalty in the club lounge. Lovely afternoon tea and dinner/drinks. Would stay here again, but not in the tower as when we returned to the hotel for second stay they put us in the new renovated area but there is too much light pollution coming into the room as no black out blind/curtains covering part of the room.

I book for nonsmoking room, and they said my room was nonsmoking room. It wasn’t really smell . Besides that everything was great. We will come back for next trips.

Although the tower part of the hotel is being renovated. The rest of the hotel does not feel any impact..As returning guests, we can say that this hotel is as good as ever.
