In a great location being in the centre of the tourist attractions, surrounded by good quality bars and restaurants. The staff are excellent and our room was very comfortable with a good view. The only dissapointment was that there actually is no restaurant, and the hotel details say there is and the hotel guide in the room says there is.

hotel had friendly helpful staff, unfortunately the pool was under repair which was one of the mains reasons for booking, management did upgrade our room to compensate unfortunately it was a big pubic holiday and celebratory parade on our last day which meant the roads were blocked and we could not get transport any where near the hotel for our flight out which meant we needed to book a hotel close to the airport so we paid for a night we couldn't use, this was also when the pool was back in use so we didn't get to use the pool even when it was re-opened. breakfast wasn't our best and was the same everyday

This place is a rip off. I paid for a room with a city view. What they offered was a room facing a wall. No view. It was a no refund reservation. What I didn't know was that Expedia will not force it's vendor to refund the money, even when the hotel misrepresentats what it offered. So if you book any hotel via expedia you have no rights, even if they put you in the basement.

I probably rate hotels differently than most people and I say that because I spend very little time in the hotel or room!!! Location was wonderful, room worked well for me, breakfast was good, but the staff was wonderful!!! Thanks for a nice stay!!!

I was not very impressed with this hotel and I don't believe it meets 5-star standards. We booked this hotel primarily for its central location and 5-star rating, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. he room floorboards were loose with large gaps full of dirt. The provided slippers are likely necessary because walking barefoot on the floors will get your feet dirty. There was hair behind the door, and the towels and bedding had stains. The shower barely drained, nearly flooding the room. It sounded like the room had open windows due to the amount of street noise, even though all windows were closed. The stairs were scary, dirty, and poorly lit. The included breakfast was very limited, and I only went once during my stay. The rooftop pool was so small that I didn't bother using it. I would have canceled and gone elsewhere, but there weren't many other options due to staying during Tet. The only positive things I can say about this hotel are its friendly staff, central location, and the large size of the room. If this was a 3-star hotel I could rate it a bit better. But the main issue for me was the cleanliness.

I’m rating this hotel 1 star simply because they list it as a 4 star when it’s a 2 AT BEST. Very misleading. The room is not cleaned thoroughly, as a 4 star hotel should be. The bed is so soft, not good for your back. The shower/sink/toilet are in very odd places. The room windows are the size of prison windows. There’s noise from the toilet in the middle of the night (perhaps when neighbours use it). The rooftop pool is the size of a CLOSET. I don’t even understand how a size like this is acceptable. There are no sun loungers, just chairs and you’re at the edge of the pool. The lady receptionist is very rude. The two gentlemen (doorman and receptionist) were very kind and helpful. The breakfast place felt like a rundown old place. The food was mediocre. Cold pizza for breakfast, soggy eggs,… nightmare. Lastly, this is probably what was the most annoying: the elevator. There is ONE elevator and it’s incredibly slow. It took 8 minutes to get one! Please checkout other hotels, you will find MUCH better even in a 3 star hotel.
