Nice, clean and excellent customer service. Great breakfast and varieties of good in the club lounge. I definitely return to this hotel in the near future.

Great staff and facilities. The location is great and you can go down and explore the area around. The pool is nice. The breakfast is meant to be good as several clients told us but we did not take the time to try it, next time!

We stayed here for 2 nights at the executive suite on the 19th floor, room 1928. The staff was super friendly and we were treated very well. They provided us with complimentary Vietnamese fruits and chocolate which were amazing. Our package included free buffet breakfast which had the perfect blend of Vietnamese, Japanese, and Western options.

The hotel staffs are very professional and attentive. Hotel also hasshuttle bus that takes you around 4 main site seeing. However, this info. is not on their website.

Beautiful room and hotel. My only regret was that I was only able to stay one night before leaving. Absolutely beautiful room.

The staff is very helpful and nice. Large room and clean was given me a good stay. Restaurants and shopping places are around the hotel.

Wonderful hotel--great for easing me into the heat of Vietnam at this time of year. Great service & breakfast. If you can splurge for the club room levels as great happy hour & tea hour-hated to leave the hotel as so comfortable.

clean and nice new hotel but little far from the city core.

Hotel Nikko is a 5 star hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The room was very clean, big and quiet. It is away from main attractions, however, the hotel does offer a free shuttle that will take you to Ben Thanh Market, Notre Dame Cathedral, Diamond Plaza, & The Opera House. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This hotel was a great place to spend a few days in Ho Chi Minh city. The staff were extremely professional, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The location is not in the heart of the city but that was a plus to feel as though you could get away from it all.

Stayed in the Nikko for 3 nights. The hotel is very nice but the fact that I had to take a cab to the center bothers me a bit. Is not that far, bit the location is not the best for sightseeing.

Well-appointed rooms, nice staff, good facilities. The breakfasts are large, with excellent omelettes and Vietnamese coffee. (Foodies will otherwise find little to rave about here.) The pool is very pleasant, as is the club lounge. A taxi to District 1 costs $4 and takes about 15 minutes, depending on traffic.

I was on the Executive Club floor 22. The suite was very spacious with a shower and separate bath, excellent lighting and a comfortable king bed. The nibbles and alcohol beverages between 5 and 8pm were included in price along with a reasonable cooked breakfast and morning and afternoon teas including lovely cakes were worth the extra charge. The staff very friendly and could not do enough for you. Be careful of one weird policy. A friend of mine had a Vietnamese partner and the Hotel would not let them stay without sighting their marriage certificate which of course they did not have. To my way of thinking this is clear breach of human rights. That is the only reason I did not give this place 100%.

From the check-in to check out my stay was a total pleasure. I loved the many Japanese touches, especially the sushi. The service was impeccable and the staff were always willing to assist. Location would be my only concern, as the hotel is a bit outside of the active center and navigating the streets is a bit of a challenge; nonetheless, I wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again when in Saigon in August.

I arrived in the middle of the night after nearly 28 hours of travel. I was so delighted by the reception at the hotel. The hotel is new with old wolrd service and an incredible staff! It was a calm and wonderful oasis in a wild city.

Amazing amenities in the room, slippers, bathrobe. Supernice bathroom with large stand alone tub--I love baths. They even had bath salts (and everything else you would want). Loved the pool and the massage. When I checked out at 3 am to catch a 5 am flight, a man came and got a taxi for me while I was checking out. A real first class hotel

The rooms are great, except the noise when you open or close the doors. Due to the traffic in Ho Chi Minh it takes a while to get to the center.
