I spent two days meeting at this hotel, everything seems perfect, it’s ideally hotel for business or meeting with full of modern equipment, facilities... the staffs provided outstanding services, always smile. We enjoyed lunch very much, staff is professional, especially Mr. Alex. And also big thanks Mr. Bao Anh for warmly welcome us. Highly recommend.
Supposed to be five-star. Certainly better than average but nowhere near a luxury hotel. Room very nice and clean but with bathtub right in middle of room obstructing walking around. Bizarre. Wi-Fi is free but not that fast and doing business emails, etc kind of slow. Many hotel staff do not speak a single word of English so just asking for basic things is hard: a towel, an egg white omelette, swimming pool, etc. The breakfast buffet is nice but most of the “hot” food is freezing cold and just sitting there for hours. They try to impress, but for example the “executive check-in” is on the top floor and takes 10 times longer than a regular check-in for that “personal” service. I just wanted to check in quickly. My room wasn’t cleaned until 4:30 daily. Kind of late. The outdoor pool is very nice but only 8 lounge chairs for such a huge hotel and that is just crazy. The gym is very well equipped but much too warm. 15-minute walk to Ben Thanh market, which is a nice walk along old and new streets. Would definitely stay here again but just don’t expect what they say they offer.
Pullman was absolutely magnificent from end to end and definitely made our experience so magical that we are going back in 2 months - but this time exploring the whole country. The staff was absolutely wonderful and tended to our every need. I would highly recommend paying for the additional luxury in Saigon, plus Pullman is walking distance to a lot of fun shops and restaurants or a quick uber ride away.
Well.. It was good and central. Not the best of check in and departure as the staff had hardly any English skill. Further more I was not convinced with the housekeeping and had to beg for towels. Can't comment on The F&B as I mostly went out for food and drinks. It's OK for a one night in Saigon stay.
We stayed 3 nights. The hotel was more out of the center then i thougth when i booked. It s a short taxi ride or a 15 to 20 min walk i the busy traffic. We liked the room on the high floor, the luxurious bath in the deluxe type. Only thing was the toilet and shower space was in some places not very clean( doors with stains and black spots in spaces between tiles) this should not be in a 5 star hotel The breakfast buffet has a nice selection but they have a very hard time to keep it well stocked and fresh. Chseese have a broad selection but at 830 they were all stale and sweaty. On all of our days many things were out of stock a d not refilled within the 30min we were there even after asking. We had better breakfast in the other hotels on our vietnam trip.
On my trip to Vietnam I stayed at this hotel twice, total three nights. Excellent hotel with excellent service, mainly from the people checking in / out on the ground floor (I had the option of doing it on the 30th floor), super comfortable room, great wifii and breakfast. The location of the hotel is not far to visit the main sights on foot. Highly recommended
This hotel is a good place to stay if, like us, you want to see HCMC in a few days. It's modern, clean & tidy if a bit "corporate". Our room was nice, with a huge bed but the most baffling lighting system I've ever come across in a hotel room. There's a restaurant on the top floor selling very good steaks if you want a change from rice & noodles but it seems very underused & so lacks atmosphere. There's also a roof top bar with great views of the city but overloud music ruined it for me!
This hotel was amazing and was the perfect choice for our visit to Ho Chi Min City! We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it. The hotel was modern and beautifully presented and offered lots of amenities. The rooftop bar was amazing. The rooms were clean, very spacious and the bedding was super comfortable. Large shower and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and had a variety of cuisines to suit all tastes. The hotel is walking distance to bars and cafes which was convenient because we could walk across each evening without having to rely on taxis. Late checkout provided. We had an evening flight and Reception allowed us to use the pool and shower facilities (after checkout) to stay cool and refreshed before leaving for our flight. Amazing customer service would highly recommend this hotel.
Spend two nights at this hotel which is near backpacker street and lots of restaurants and bars. As Accor gold members, we were upgraded to a larger room and we had access to their excellent executive lounge. The room was not large, but functional , with the exception of the open concept bathrooms with a tub in the middle of the room. I guess it is a trendy style, but I prefer privacy over wherever is modern or cool. But the lounge was a wonderful, peaceful place for breakfast and forefinger drinks and snacks. The food served in the lounge was very good, as was the friendly service. The bed was super comfortable, and so we're the pillows. Towels were fluffy and we enjoyed our drinks in the rooftop bar. A most satisfactory stay!
Staff were super friendly and room was very spacious and in good condition and modern. we really enjoyed the stay. Sadly we had to go to another hotel after a night but we will definitely come back when we visit the city again :)
