Staying here with friends who needed assistance. Staff incredibly helpful! Nothing was too much for them in every way. Ten minutes walk to the market and some of the main sites. Breakfast was exceptional...probably the best breakfast we have had in a Pullman. The roof top bar is a lovely place to sit and watch the sun go down and the city light up. Chi Chu Tunnels trip was well worth the effort.

Stayed here for 2 nights of 13-15 June for business meetings and for a visit to Saigon Exhibition Centre. An Executive Corner Room was what I had booked which was on the 28th floor, 2 levels below the Executive Lounge. Check-in took place at the lounge which was pretty quick and smooth. Welcome gesture of front desk was extremely pleasant. However, it seems less practical to go to Executive Lounge to complete the check-in which could have been possible at front desk which is just facing the entrance of the hotel at lobby level. The Executive Corner Room was reasonably spacious and well laid out except for a hood-like covering over the batch tub in the centre of the room felt awkward and I kept hitting it a couple of times while accessing wash basin. That corner appeared clustered and perhaps not suitable for aged guests as they could possibly injure themselves.Other than this, the overall feel of my room was pleasant. Guests booked at Executive Room had the flexibility to have breakfast either in the Lounge on the 30th or in breakfast restaurant on 3rd level. I had this reconfirmed while checking-in as I was quoted 2 different rates while making my booking for Executive Room - With / without breakfast whereas the hotel website clearly mentions that all Executive Room stays were inclusive of breakfast. Breakfast spread in the restaurant was pretty much inclusive of everything one would expect - America breakfast with eggs to order, all continental varieties and local asian fare as well which included noodles counter, Sushis & dumplings, buns, friend rice with local curries and stir fries etc. I don't think they missed out anything. Pullman Saigon is actively sponsoring efforts to save environment by carrying out unique initiatives. On the first evening of my stay, the housekeeping team handed over a big soap bar that was an outcome of this initiative whereby all leftover (partly used) soaps in guest rooms are collected, recycled and replenished with skin nutrients. Getting a nap bar for bath is certainly a relief for me as I find shower gels to be extremely time consuming as they are difficult to rinse and need to be rubbed off the skin. Bathing with this soap was indeed a pleasant experience. As I was on a business trip, my stay did not allow me enough time to explore spa and massages which I am very much fond of. May be I will explore these the next time I stay at this hotel. I will certainly recommend to my friends and relatives and fellow-members of Tripadvisor to consider a stay at Pullman Saigon Centre if they happen to travel to HCMC.

Booked the hotel for 1 night on a business trip. Arrived at the hotel at around 11AM from a tiring all-night flight. The check-in process was really fast and the friendly staff even allowed us to do early checkin at no extra charge. So my colleague and myself were able to have a short rest and get changed before our business meeting. The room, bed and bath room are crisp clean. Pillows are extra soft, and the rain type shower head was a nice touch, always enjoy that type of shower. Wifi is very convenient to use and is quite fast. On checkout, we had a late evening flight so we asked if we could stay at the lounge to wait. The staff let us use the executive lounge at extra charge, but right before leaving, they noticed that we just consumed a few drinks and waived off the lounge fee. Truly impressed with service mind of the staff and will surely stay here again.

I stay at this hotel quite often as it’s part of our corporate hotel. The room is nice. However, breakfast services are not up to my expectation. Basically, you find your own table by yourself, then you wait for another 10 minutes before someone starts asking you for beverage whether coffee or tea. I stand easily 3 to 5 minutes at egg station before staff asking me what do I want. Understaffing or lack of training? Then no salt and pepper on table. Go find yourself.

Excellent Hotel, fantastic staff, amazing views, cool pool on 6th floor. Room was stunning and the spa was amazing. Plenty of choice for food, although my fav was the Mad Cow on the 30th floor, with cocktails one floor up outside in the night air, well worth a visit

Stayed here 4 nights in May'18. The place is really close to all attractions in HCMC, be it the backpackers street, markets, city center. Lot of places to walk around if you get bored in the room. Taxis are very easy to find, or the hotel staff will arrange for you on request. Do walk to the Ban Thanh market nearby for picking up some shoes, clothes or souvenirs. Now about the hotel: The rooms are spacious, well appointed and clean ( Extra clean I should say!!). A well stocked minibar is set up in the room. The breakfast has enough variety to try a new dish every day. ( apart from the regular stuff you find in a 5 star hotel). But the highlight of this hotel is the friendly staff- You ask for any help, information- they would never disappoint you !!! Really appreciate the service. If I visit HCMC again, I am staying in Pullman for sure.

We recently stayed at the Pullman. Customer service of the employees was exceptional. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Taxis were easy to hail. The buffet breakfast had a great array of asian and western foods. We used the pool, and had ordered drinks from the pool side bar. Ordering food in any large hotel can be problematic- getting food ordered cooked and delivered whilst it is still hot is a challenge that many hotels do not do well. Unfortunately this is the case here. Expect slow service. And cold food. The bar manager was quick to respond, and reorder, however it’s disappointing. We are now in Nha Trang at the Sheraton- they have hot food delivered to the pool and room service absolutely nailed.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel for our honeymoon. It is centrally located, modern and very clean. The restaurant is also delicious with amazing views of the city. We were there on Halloween and the nearby streets were filled with people partying in costumes which was a great thing to see. The only downside is that whilst modern the rooms feel a little bit “sleezy”. Not a big downside but the decor feels a bit like a nightclub/club lounge rather than a relaxing hotel room. (Complete with condoms in the bedroom drawers).

Was here for a two night stay.Able to have my wife and son for this trip. The rooms are laid out a bit different but ok. The staff was good as was the breakfast. The bed comfortable and the showers hot. Would stay again

A great location for either a holiday or business trip with this hotel conveniently located to everything you could possibly need. The hotel rooms are spacious modern and very clean and the staff happy to help in an instant. The restaurants are of a high quality and are fantastic if you want to avoid being knocked over on the busy streets. The transfers to and from the airport are also very good and cost effective. I will definitely be back and thanks for a great stay.
