The Le Meridian was an excellent stay, the staff is friendly and efficient. I went down to the gym and accidentally left the safe open. When the staff came in to clean the room, she immediately called the security and reported the open safe. When I returned to the room, security was there filing a report. There was a few hundred dollars in the safe, when I went down to the gym, it was all there when I returned, lucky I know, but that's solid customer care right there! The gym is good size and has enough equipment that people that normally push weights around can get a solid workout in. The pool is good and restaurants tasty. Really nice place!

Didn’t get a good view. Otherwise acceptable. Clean and quiet

Great location to everywhere and very helpful staff

A good time with friends. Great food at the restaurants.

The hotel location was excellent (right on the riverfront). The food selection, preparation and delivery was pleasing. The bed was also very comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. So, what more could I ask for? First, HCMC is a busy place, and most travelers return to the city in the evening late because of the traffic. The executive lounge services close at 1930 each evening, which I thought was a cheap way to cut costs. As such, we were coerced to find food and beverages in other parts of the hotel. No chance, unless you wanted a full dinner. The lobby lounge offered limited beer selection (most of the European beers were removed from available inventory, but not removed from the menus), and offered a "deal" with free flow cheap beer and chicken wings for about $30 US! I wondered why there were so few customers in the lounge area. This gave us a bad taste for this hotel. Not very customer-centric...
