Located in a decent aảea with many restaurants. Bed mattresses were hard, uncomfortable. The front of the property was overloaded with unnecessary unattractive greeneries.

Good apartment for the price!

Although I checked in late at night, they had already checked me in and prepared the room for me! Check in and check out was quick and easy! Entire apartment was slightly dated, but everything was clean and what I was looking for!

Pros: Excellent location in D3. Lots of restaurants nearby. Relatively quiet during late hours. Staff is friendly and helpful. Secured. Several units have been renovated and if you booked the Deluxe rooms, your experience will be on the positive side. Cons: After booked the first five nights in the Deluxe room no. 18. We were downgraded to the regular rooms number 5 and 6, due to lack of availability. We had a gap in our travel plans. These units are dated, in need of complete renovation. Stains on floors and unattractive furnishing, Expedia advertised all units to have king size bed and queen size bed, but all of them have queen and full size beds. Expedia advertised this apartment to be four star establishment. It is so far from it. The level of cleanliness in units 5 and 6 are despicable. We are disappointed of how Expedia inflated their advertisement. But to be clear, the staff is absolutely wonderful and courteous. Summary: Expedia needs to do their homework and be clear of their promotion. Saigon Apartment is situated in a prime location but until the owners put some efforts in renovating their non-deluxe rooms, they have lost a frequent visitor in us. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

Not a hotel. Not bad. Not great, though.

Nice size. Great cleaning staff. Check-in on Sunday is tough because the front desk staff is off and the guard speaks very little English. When they are on duty, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed (a1) in was very clean but had been a bit of a funk. Probably smoked in and they turn off the a/c when not in use, so it is a little bit moldy. If you book directly with them, they say they offer 20%. This is not true.

On going construction all day, very loud. Warning!

2 bd and 2 ba apartment very comfort for family of 4. The apt. well equipped. Stay there for 9 days it seems long, due to the loud construction next door. The things I didn't like about this place on going contruction next door( very loud from 7am-5pm), there a lot of tiny black ants and spider. I received a lot of bites from those ants.

Great apartment, great neighborhood, great deal

If you are thinking of renting an apartment here, I have two words of advice: Do it! We feel very lucky that we rented a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment here, in District 3, for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Indeed, even though we stayed in a nice hotel in District 1 earlier on our trip to Vietnam, the Saigon Apartments turned out to be much better. The place was surprisingly spacious, and very comfortable. And the location, in a residential neighborhood, was hard to beat: about a 15-minute walk to the Reunification Palace and the War Remnants Museum, and a block away from two well-known restaurants (Com Nieu Sai Gon, which was made famous by Anthony Bourdain) and Dong Pho, which serves Hue cuisine). My only regret is that we were not able to stay longer, so we could sample the new Cambodian restaurant across the street, or any number of coffee stops within a three-minute walk.

正面入り口から入れないので、地下の駐車場からチェックイン（鍵を受け取る、24時間サイゴンアパートのマークが入ってたポロシャツの係員がいます） 歯磨きと歯磨き粉がない、ティッシュがない、金庫は壊れてつかえない、電球が切れてる、日曜は部屋の掃除がないなどありましたが、近くにコンビニがあるので問題はないです。 リビングの真ん中にファンがついていて、部屋が暗い。シャワーが弱い。 ですが、大きな窓があり、電子レンジにフルサイズの冷蔵庫、無料の水のタンクにと、長期に滞在するなら助かるものが多く、良かったです。 また、立地も良く、一本細い道に入るので静かに過ごせました。向かいのバーは24時で閉店します。 再訪したいアパートでした。ありがとう。

It was our 1st trip to HCM. Saigon Apartment was a very comfortable home feel style accommodation. We booked a 2 bedroom unit, it come with almost all kitchen appliances except "No Microwave Oven". Mr Tham received us on arrival (please call before arriving) there isn't any reception counter or bell hop! Mr Tham speaks pretty good English and he is a extremely friendly and patient man. Very helpful and polite. As we are in D3, it is really super convenient to more around to any eateries, malls or clubs/bars. No restriction to visitors! Cheers (awesome 👍👍👍👍 trip)
